WTF Nerchio is not invited ? Is this a joke ? They invite incontrol, Destiny, Nightend... and they don't invite Nerchio !!! :'( This is the best european zerg with stephano guys, so most likely the best foreigner zerg, remember it !

Nightend was there the previous time, so I think that often gets you an invite, plus he did pretty well recently, and the dynamic's with him and rotterdam mean he must be invited!
As for Incontrol, I think during the last he asked to be invited, and Destiny is pretty good and has a large fan base, ducy?

I don't know what to make of this, many invitees signing up for the qualifiers to win free travel. I know it's nice if you get all your expenses paid, but it just feels a bit wrong if the player would've come anyway. I thought the qualifiers were done in order to get players there who would be unable to come otherwise, because of lack of funding or little recognition resulting in no invites.You know - up&coming players or players from teams with not much money, not established stars who want to spare their team the travel expenses.
What happens if, just hypothethically, let's say the first three places in the qualifiers are all invited pros who played just for the money? Who would qualify then? The next three? How would you even do that? Do the other five players of the last eight play again for the spots?

I agree with you. To be able to qualify for what you already are qualified for is a logical error and goes against the hole idea of it.
