I too would throw money at something like this. The severe lack of team things in SC2 is one of my pet peeves.

I would love to see team things and also (though I will probably be hated on for this) some team 2v2s!

Hope that's a joke Ret.
It's a tiny bit true, while I think ThorZaiN is an excellent player positionally in most situations, he has a history of leaving tanks in unprotected positions without other units to support, allowing them to be sniped by mutalisks or just ground units. His games in GSTL showed this, as did this series.
Brilliant play by both players though in some of these games, really impressive. Nice series, looking forward to the Hero Puma rematch!
Actually, it wasn't just a tiny bit true - it was very true. Thorzain lost a lot of tanks needlessly.
Reminds me of the Tal'Darim game vs DRG at DH Valencia.
Interesting fact, if my resources are correct along with my math, if Puma wins this, he will jump up to number four on total prize money, under the three big dogs MC Nestea and MVP.

Yup I would love for a LAN finals of teams. I know it costs more money but it would be so epic if it was somehow done. Like imagine EG, mouz, empire, col and some other teams in a final with all their players. It would be a nice change from seeing the Koreans always getting that .

C'MON WEST COASTERS!!! Damnit my wife is nagging me too. I can only stall for so long. sadfacejeffrey
South east too. Everything is like a 8 hour drive for me. Would love to attend some events, but it is usually travel time prohibitive.

You also looking forward to work in a couple of hours? If the finals turns out to be a 4-3 I might consider leaving early for work and watching the last games there :|

I agree, he's trying to use reactionary tactics rather than pre-empitive defensive based tactics for guarding his tanks. Instead of having some marines guard the tanks when mutas are coming, he leaves them out back and stims them forward the while tanks get hit by the mutas leaving him to arrive with a near dead or already destroyed tank. Even a small groups of 4-6 marines guarding outlying tank lines can make a difference. But in doing so, maybe it's asking too much of his APM. He's one of the lower APM pro players there is, above Goody and Axslav, but compared to others not that much so he can accomplish only so much.
