Same drill as usual:
  • No caster bashing.
  • Excessive tournament bashing that detracts from game discussion will be met with moderator action. Criticism is welcome, whining is not.
  • In general do your best to stay on topic and discuss what we're all here for: the games.
Enjoy the games guys.

He's won like 20 tournaments.

He's won two big tournaments. The small online ones usually aren't counted.

Stephano has 3 big wins to his name

Idra performing. Hope he keeps it up. Normally not the biggest fan, but he deserves some success imo.

U kidding? he won more tournaments that any other foreigner and is the biggest name in e-sports (in the west). Its Strelok who deserves some success, being a good person should be rewarded.

Yeah Stephano + Huk have both won more bro.

They've won more money. Idra's won like...3x the tournaments. Most of them were before the big prize pool boom.

And for good reason... because they were easier

ESWC was pretty easy, and Stephano's path in IPL3 wasn't all that tough either.

Compared to the tournaments idra won, I'd say stephano's tournament path was much harder.

This might not have a lot to do with this matchup, but what is it with Rotterdam/Carmac/Take/Khaldor etc that makes them say "quite" so much to preface stuff...like 'quite a few banelings" or "quite the economy" or whatnot? I really like it actually, it sounds awesome, but is it a thing with different languages translating stuff differently? Maybe some Euro viewers can enlighten me.

Now when I think of it I do the same. Not sure why.h

It's kind of the same thing as swedes saying "and such" a lot(especially Nani and Thorzain do this). It's just the way some things translate naturally for people speaking some languages.

There are more examples of this(just watch HSC3) but I'm way too tired to remember them off the top of my head.

Strelok's army control is pretty sloppy....so many units lost for nothing
