Same drill as usual:
  • No caster bashing.
  • Excessive tournament bashing that detracts from game discussion will be met with moderator action. Criticism is welcome, whining is not.
  • In general do your best to stay on topic and discuss what we're all here for: the games.
Enjoy the games guys.

No, being a skilled player should be rewarded in SC2.

look at both seasons of nasl, Strelok obviously has skill, but has no luck. at all, his visa got denied for no reason for the first season finals for example

I like Strelok but name an offline tournament Strelok has recently done well in?

Yeah Stephano + Huk have both won more bro.

You can't deny that IdrA is the biggest name in western ESPORTS.

he's not. It's a good timing attack.
according to IdrA any timing attack that requires less than three bases is cheesy.

Yeah Stephano + Huk have both won more bro.

They've won more money. Idra's won like...3x the tournaments. Most of them were before the big prize pool boom.

And for good reason... because they were easier

playing a macro game, and then a 2 base timing attack isn't being "as cheesey as possible."

Mutabling is a good counter to thors if you do it right.

If the opponent terran attacks early, he won't have critical mass and you can magic box like we saw in idra.

If terran turtles, you can mass banes aka nestea style to remove the later attack then tech up to broodlords accordingly.

ESWC was pretty easy, and Stephano's path in IPL3 wasn't all that tough either.

Yeah Stephano + Huk have both won more bro.

Please dont be a douche and "bro" even when your right...which I kinda think you are.

Don't be so sensitive bro.

And yes, huk + stephano both have more earnings than Idra...but Stephano has actually won more too:

If you are counting small cup wins then sure He won more tournaments, but in terms of "big" tournaments Idra has won more (but stephano has earned more money with IPL3's win)

he has only been to couple of iems, rest of the world really lost fucking Eastern Europeans with visa's (Brat-Ok got denied 3 times in the row, happy couldnt make it to Dreamhack, Strelok has simular problems)
So.. this Earth, nice planet you might say- WRONG!!

I follow NASL, mlg and dreamhack. And he haven't won those this year. Other than an invitational which isn't really in high regard.
