Please stop the tournament comparison discussion. Especially regarding players their runs (Stephano seems to be the current topic). Stay on topic and stick to the games. Consequences will be met out to further derailment.

In addition leave the usual out of this topic:

-Balance complaints
-Map complaints
-Stream complaints
-Caster/player bashing
-Off topic discussions

Logically continue this list with things that are obviously frowned
upon. Enjoy the free and wonderful event with loads of games and coverage!

yea Stephano was a fluke just winning 3 tournaments wtf you nub be quit. You cant win them all

LOL you just show up EVERYWHERE when Stephano needs to be protected. Cute.

It really should have been obvious that Stephano wasn't going to do well in this tournament unless he got lucky with his bracket like he normally does. He doesn't have any real determination it seems and you can really only keep falling if you don't have any determination. The only thing keeping him going is money, and that just isn't good enough of a reason to be able to keep up.

The kid has won three major tournaments, all which had strong Koreans in attendence.
You can't take ANYTHING away from him unless he goes on a 6+ month massive slump

Strong Koreans which he didn't have to play (Barring MKP IN ESWC). Alive, boxer and stc all beat him down while he defeated...Inori and Lucky...

Please do not cite the IPL qualifiers, they were online

Thank you. Exactly.

Also, as was another poster already kindly stated, something such as Idra's (or HuK's, since he won the thing) MLG Orlando run, which was far more impressive than any of Stephano's tournament wins since who he played at the tournament was far more challenging than anything Stephano has yet to go through.

Yes, it's quite annoying. Don't know what to do but refresh and hope for it to go back to normal.

Ye not only for the DH streams (where it happened to me first). Watched some other streams that got the problem aswell. Is it some bug with the software or twitch.com problem?

I love baneling drops so much. They always struck me as the best solution when sentries are on the field.
i was driving down the road this november eve and spotted a hitchhiker walking down the street. i pulled over and saw that it was only a tree. i uprooted it and put it in my trunk. do trees like marshmallow peeps? cause that's all i have and will have.

I don't get it.

I think many people dislike Stephano because he got hyped a lot and because of his attitude towards the game.

I also think its because of the complexity incident and the attitude towards it, gave him a lot of anti fans.

Everytime a player loose, there is a bunch of stupid haters to tell how bad he is.

Stephano just won a major tournament less than 1 week ago. And there are seriously idiot to say he is a bad player, because he lost to Naniwa (who btw just defeated Nestea twice less than 1 week ago) ?

It's true that Stephano played really poorly today, there were so many uncaracteristic basic mistake, but that's not a reason to trash talk him.

There is no player who will win everything everytime. You have to understand it.

On another note, there are many players in this tourney who are playing so much worse than their usual. For instance Huk only managing to get to the day2 thanks to a couple of miracles. There are just too many tournaments in a short period of time, players can't keep playing at their top level.

With brackets that much stacked, big names will drop, that's inevitable.
One could just hope that losers aren't suddenly called overrated because of this, but there is no hope ><

I don't hate him and as a bronze scrub I admire the amount of skill he wields in his games. That said I've been less than fond of him since assembly summer where he and Brat_ok had the worst series ever, both purposefully using joke builds to try and lose so they could avoid playing Sen the next round. Hell stephano even went "no!" when brat-ok gg'd in the last game ( proxy hatch in opponent's natural with mass queen spore vs 1 base battlecruiser, cute but not in a compeititve setting). I'm not saying he's evil or that people should shun him just that I can't support him since that event. Who knows why other people don't like him.

He's beaten Boxer and Stc and the reason he lost to Alive was he tried to go ling only against the first korean he played offline. What is your point?
I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

Idra's ZvT is just too fucking good. Seriously, once he fixes his ZvP (in Korea probably), he's going to be unstoppable :D:D
