I can see HuK not being bottom of the group but advancing is going to be pretty damn tough and at the end of the day it doesn't matter if you finish 3rd or 4th as you both exit to the same stage of Code A I think Nestea would wipe the floor with HuK, but he should have a decent chance against MMA. MMA isn't known for his TvP...

But even if MMA's vP not good, Huk will have to play way better than he did vs Clide to win.

Awesome to see Huk advance but I feel he was quite lucky. He did a poor opening against clide (mass 2 base blinkstalker with too much gas, kept attacking way too long) and then clide missed some huge oppurtunities later (like sniping 3rd nexus). Huk vs Puzzle was just a free win because puzzle did a rather silly all-in (4 gate + warp prism is awful imo, you pay 400m 100g just to get a prism basically). He then also caught the prism right in open air and had the immediate win right there.

see what I did there, dear terrans? Actually, huge deal was GomTV taking things into their own hands, just look at the map pool. Removing gold patches, huge ass macro maps (btw I love this new one with pocket expansion, so many good games on it already), this really hurts terran mid-game where they are STILL pretty much OP. This alowed toss players to play more macro-oriented games, get upgrades, get colossi+ht which actually made games balanced. I mean come on, if you think that games look different because players like Killer and MC just recently learnt how to macro you need to seriously grow up. Relax tho, Ro16 is comming, when our 5 toss players will face opponents of higher skill caliber (think: MMA, MVP, Nestea, Coca, sC) and things won't look that smooth. Ro32 was just bunch of semi-good terrans that were used to emp + stim&win doing 0 harras and having terrible engagements. Guess what, that won't work.

Nestea and MMA should be seeded so that they don't have to face each other until the semi's or finals. just like every major sport does. so disappointed in the bracket set up It was seeded so that they wouldn't have to play until the Ro8. But Nestea lost to sC in his group so he ended up in MMAs group

If Nestea doesn't fuck up and get's first in his group he would not have faced MMA. They can both advance. Why the fuck do you complain? It happens in real sports aswell, about every time a good team fucks up in the group stages/there are 2 good teams in a single group. Just look at the last EC, there were Italy/France/Holland in one group and there was a 50% chance that Germany played in that group aswell, which are 4/5 top teams in Europe. Do you want to tell me that football is no major sport? Or look at this CL season. You are going to have top teams battling each other in the RO16, cause Man City/Bayern and AC Milan/Barcelona are going to be second in their group.

They weren't supposed to beat TSL for sure. I actually went to bed after MKP lost that game and my jaw dropped after finding out TSL choked it.

Terran will just have to adjust how they expand when they are ahead is all.

Terran hasn't developed TvP in months and they have mostly focused on TvT, where as protoss have been using all of this time trying to find a way to take down the terran. This is how metagame works. exactly and this is why the patch is pointless. protoss now destroys even code s terrans and with the next patch its going to be even stronger. and its even worse for non pro-terrans outside of GM TvP already heavily favors protoss. in short, blizzard are dumb.
