Before him I don't remember any Terran being able to put so much pressure on a Zerg early game with a 12/14 rax. Also he popularised the 1 rax expand.

VS Taeja he got his 2nd CC up earlier (1-rax CC) and had his 3rd on the gold before Taeja grabbed his 3rd. Going for the gold turned out to be a bad idea, as the CC got sniped while the massive marine armies were jockeying for position in the middle of the map. Still, in many games he goes for an early economic advantage.

When it reaches a point where there are barely any protoss in Code S, the paying customers no longer want to watch and GOM loses money which will probably put pressure on them to do something. Even if GOM was dissatisfied what would they do, bar anymore Ts from playing in code S. It is not there game to balance. Tell Blizzard to do something maybe =p GOM can control the maps. They did it to help zergs earlier. Removing Kulas, Steppes, Delta etc. If they are really desperate they can do something as drastic as 3 gas geysers in the main or rich vespene geysers. That will help protoss a lot. But that also will be extremely dumb and short sighted.

The thing is even if they would now make Terran Underpowered, it would take a long time for the races to equal out. It can be quite hard to fall out of code S as some players are showing, by always staying in there, and its not only in the latest seasons, that there have been so many terrans, they are just performing even better now. But balancing it will not make the races equal after GSL October, it will take a long time until we see race equality in GSL for now.

I think if P was balanced we would see terrans drop from GSL left and right because they havent practiced the matchup properly. Also the brackets can be manipulated to expedite the speed at which this happens but, at the moment the tournament is already overclocked.

Even then, his play recently has been really off code S level play and that is why i don't think he deserves to be in code S. God did you watch his code A games this season? Playing T v Z without walling off, struggling with every match but somehow he manages to win. Only thing is that i suppose he will be found out soon and drop if he stays at this level of play.

The coach never uses him in TvP situations. He's 0-2 this season versus Puma (before he ditched TSL) and DongRaeGu. Still think Prime needs to go find a new terran to teach their guys some mech. MKP needs more help than Optimus at the second, but both need to learn some sort of variation if they want a chance at a title. TOP/Optimus showed that Optimus can't depend on splendid micro/splitting/attacking to win a game and needs to learn different builds. Steal Byun. Try to buy Supernova. Anyone. Prime needs a new terran that doesn't like bio. You're wrong on all accounts. Polt doesn't get used the same reason NesTea doesn't, the coach thinks the players have what it takes to win and he wants to show them off. That's probably not the best choice to win GSTL, but that's not always the only goal. PuMa outclassed him with mech (which is to be expected), DRG did a baneling bust, you can't read much into those Bo1's. Prime doesn't need a Terran to teach them Mech lol. First of all Mech will be nerfed out of TvT with the new patch (and understandably because BFH are OP as shit in TvT) and second of all MKP and Polt are friends with the highest caliber of players. Mvp has practiced for months with MKP because they were the best Terrans at the time and Mvp helped Polt extensively to prepare for MMA. If they really wanted to learn mech they would just have to log into Bnet, many Terrans hate Mech and Bomber acknowledged that Mech is OP but he wants to make Bio work because it's more fun.

Alot of the prime players know mech is better, but they hate that sytle and love to go bio ( bomber also has announced he hates mech and only going bio regardless if its an inferior strat)
