There needs to be consistency, you cant go "OMG HE FAILED THE BUILD BECAUSE HE DIDNT SCOUT WITH BANSHEE" then next day go "OMG HE FAILED THE BUILD BECAUSE HE SCOUTED WITH BANSHEE".
