With blink stalkers and phoenix you have won already, expand and just park your stalkers near the T base and blink in it as soon as the T moves out. If T comes back you blink out, if not you kill him while taking the T 3rd so you win the base race. That's how Puzzle do it on his stream when the P let him research blink. | ||

He can scan, it's actually possible. Protoss cry imba on 111 because there's nothing to stop it, even if you scout it. | ||

The problem is that, while the penix are invaluable for scouting/delaying, you'll still have to deal with the push eventually, and it'll usually be right when you're trying to get the units that deal with the core unit(marines) the best. | ||
