I also think it's worth noting that when he lost to MVP one of the games was on close positions old shakuras, so that game wasn't really fair. Also blistering sands. Then is it also worth noting that MVP also 4-0d Nestea right before that GSL at the Gainward Tourney? He went 7-1 vs him in like a month span. You can't blame that on maps

let me add another thing: a mediocre protoss won't stay in code s since the beginning. hongun's one of the most consistent code s player and he hasn't even dropped to code a.
hongun is highly underrated, damn.

QXC might have beat Nestea once or twice on ladder... but who the fuck uses the ladder as a accurate source for training? Nestea actually loses quite a bit in practice by his own admission. But that's what makes him so good. He's seen and lost to pretty much everything that's out there and has figured it out in his head.

HongUn isn't hiding enough tech to concern Nestea to play a non-safe, super macro game. In PvZ, if a Protoss wants to Forge FE like that, they've gotta play it more like TvZ, where you go all the way to the "deathball" style, making it very hard to break. So what you're saying is that Hongun should proxygate him...lol What he"s saying is that Hongun needs to turtle and macro more. So your saying he needs to practice with col.Cruncher? Like it or not, that's probably one of (if not the best) ways to beat a zerg. Cruncher does it right, just defend defend defend until you get that "death ball" and try to kill the zerg in one blow.

Also think Byun wins 3-1. Think your going to have to eat your words about hongun in about 20 or so minutes.

Hongun made it to 4 GSL quater-finals. This guy is actually insanely good. The fact that he looks like a gold-level player in this series, shows how good Nestea actually is. hongun got 3-0ed by lastshadow in Zotac...

Sorry, he raped MC by 4-gating in 3 match up where MC wasn't totally prepare well for a 4 Gate Allin from HongUh as HongUh did said he hates to us 4 Gate. That's your excuse? MC may have played bad but how can you not expect the most basic pvp build that he himself used a lot? I'm pretty sure that the two best PvZ ratio (in GSL games not korean weeklys or tournaments like that) are MC and HongUn.

Hongun just isnt using his chronoboost enough on probes. His probe count is always too lows. It should never ever be 70 drones vs 44 if you forge FE. I've tested this quite a bit and if you continually chrono boost probes you can actually be only 10-15 behind which makes for a much easier late game. That being said I feel an extra 10-12 probes would have been able to change any midgame fights and allowed hongun to reinforce far easily.
Theres a reason why players like MC can actually go toe-to-toe with zergs without 6/7 gates pressure because they actually continually chronoboost probes. Honguns micro that game was quite fantastic and his early defense was sufficicent, but fundamental mechanics are wedging a line between him and MC(which sort of explains why Hong-Un was able to beat MC in PvP because things like chronoing probes is sort of less important to things like micro).

I won't be surprised it was private/practice matches, Nestea does seem to be on good terms with FXO. They went out for dinner after the IM-FXO match on Friday.

either way, GG. NesTea happened The GSL crowds have been growing in size and volume for the last few weeks. I think MLG and NASL finals hurt their Korean pride, and now they're stepping it up.
Volume can also be increased by increasing the mass of each person present in the crowds. So maybe everyone attending is just getting fatter. Just sayin'.

I can see QXC beating Nestea convincingly since QXC won't allow Nestea to drone at all with his constant aggression.

I beat Nestea all the time on the ladder. I think he'll be really easy. Then after the games sC said it was like facing a completely different person
yea pretty much lol, he is a monster as you can see in pretty much every series
