Jaedong, Fruitdealer for a while, Nestea... god How Fruitdealer for a while? He didn't play a single GSL ZvZ until Season 3, after NesTea had replaced him as best zerg.

I would expect that P. Tea knew a baneling build was coming, although he probably didn't think it would be that quick

Like a previous poster said, it all comes down to execution. He could have hit a clump of drones with those banes, then held off the roach/ling attack and then he wins. Not to mention the 2 secret banes in nestea's base. His game to lose really, he had it.

And it's the only matchup you play on the ladder too, makes playing and watching completely unenjoyable. Was hoping to actually learn something from tonight's games. :-/

Micro banes failed to kill 5-10 drones

He ran his banelings into the hatchery.

Jaedong, Fruitdealer for a while, Nestea... god Fruitdealer was never this dominant in zvz lol (didn't even play a ZvZ till open season 3 - after he stopped doing well too)

nope, execution. If those banes hit the drones instead of the queen, nestea probably woulda gg'ed out.

Foreign zerg's get slaughtered vs korean zvz with the exception of dimaga vs nestea. Tachion, I believe you just got hipstered by cyclone25
I played Roach infestor before it was cool *hipster pose*

Because he mismicroed at the end? I could be Terran and have the most amazing strategy ever, get into a perfect position, and then let my entire bioball die to banelings, or something. A good strategy and then the actual execution of the battle in which I should have an advantage thanks to my strategy are totally different things...

Execution. Like in Chess, if you outthink your opponent, but still play the tile in the wrong ordre, you're fucked.

If a zerg wins, everyone recommends the poll. If a zerg loses, everyone votes No on the poll. in a ZvZ, mindfuck? Or are we just going to vote yes for Nestea taking a gold base and stuff?
If Nestea wins it's an instant recommendation. If he loses everyone votes no and the player that beat him gets angry emails.

Yeah man I know what you mean. Also, the tiniest misclick of your lings and you can lose ALL of them to a single baneling and it's GG. Twitchy matchup.

Which is why zvz is so bad to play. Might as well flip a coin at the start of the match.
