actually he was, in between tsl1 and tsl2 when tyler went to korea, he was definitely the best foreigner player...then after taking a year off he came back and WON tsl2 dispatching IdrA who was considered the best foreigner....if that doesnt make you the best then what does? bw didnt have as many tournaments as sc2 does within the foreigner scene so a win meant a lot more, especially if it was a TSL win | ||
