Winning Code A has a lot of worth now and winner of MLG going straight into Code S!!!! Also 10 teams? I can only really think of 9 teams with enough players unless they introduce a "Foreigners" team where all the foreigners out there at the time compete? They actually have 11 teams in the GSL IM, MVP, TSL, ST, oGs, Slayers, Zenex, Prime, fOu, NSeo, FoX Nseo and Fox are only known cause a few players have had semi-success in the GSL but so was SlayerS when they first appeared in the GSTL and they did great! But I would love to see the 9 top Korean teams + a foreigner team led by Artosis!

For Code S/A, I don't know. When you were Top8 in Code A you had 2 chances to qualify before. Now you have to get Top2 in a 5 player group. That is a lot harder. We already had seen some bad players stuck in Code S, this will get worse.

Every thursday and Friday. GSTL will be broadcasted with 10 teams. 10 teams will be divided to two groups, 5 teams each. Each league will play full league with top 3 teams advancing to playoff. Total of 20 games will be played. GSTL 'regular' season will be played for 10 weeks. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GSTL PLAYOFF 1st place from group A will play against 3rd place from group B. Prize money: 1st: 30,000,000 won (~ $27620 USD) 2nd: 15,000,000 won (~ $13810 USD) Coach award: 5,000,000 won (~ $4600 USD) YES!!!!!!!!!! man gom really understands the fans.

EDIT: Although I guess this would produce issues for the following season of Code A

Would be hard to find that many good foreign people who have the time and interest to hang in korea for months without winning anything.

Especially the winner of MLG getting into Code S instead of Code A is sooo good. It wouldn't be worth it to give up all the potential price money in the USA/EU to play a MONTH in the GSL (because you practically can't play in any other tournament when you play in the GSL) Code A, to only have a chance to advance to Code S, and then play another whole month and still only have a chance at winning that!

I think maybe the best change is the winner of code A goes straight to code S. Maybe the MLG winner to code S too, but since the first season of code A / code S I was really surprised that Code A winner still had to go in up and down matches, so really good change right there. ![]()

It might not draw the best players to Korea but it can give us the players that wants to become the best as Korea offers the best practice possiblities! Also top 3 non-koreans in MLG will be offered a spot in Code A!! Now GOM, make this Foreigner team possible!

I still don't understand this whole "Code A instead of Code S" thing. It has ALWAYS been Code S, just NOT for Columbus.
