15 players play in 5 player groups = 3 groups Top two players = 6 people 6 people from code A + 1 person from MLG = 7 people going into code S? Meaning there's still one code S spot open?

Don't like the changes in the up-and-down matches though, makes rising from Code A to Code S and falling from Code S to Code A tougher. And, in my opinion, there are still some players currently in Code A that deserve to be in Code S and some players currently in Code S that should be in Code A.

All of the changes are. Dual tournament groups is amazing, with so much more potential. GSTL sticking around is awesome. We're starting to see some nice development into a much more fluid format with GSL and a standing for teams in GSTL. Hopefully we see some more regimented team practicing a la BW teams now that there's a team league regularly. G1: #2 from Group B vs. #3 from Group A G2: #2 from Group A vs. #3 from Group B G3: Winner of G1 vs. #1 from Group A G4: Winner of G2 vs. #1 from Group B G5: Winner of G3 vs. Winner of G4 Same way they did playoff in IEM V.
