Funny thing is that protoss has those same restrictions on scouting options in the early game, lair and hallucination/robo should come around the same time / can come around the same time if the zerg isnt being super greedy/ places importance on getting a scout off.
In between there both zerg and protoss dont have scouting options, so its just as much of a coin flip for the protoss, how do they know the zerg isnt doing an all in? Also even after getting 6 sentries 3 stalkers and a zealot with the sentry expand it can be very risky to push out you can lose your whole army if zerg is going for aggresive play.
Both players have to make coin flips it isnt just exclusive for the zerg and thats where idra is wrong.

I don't think it's so easy to fix the Nestea spine crawlers with good sim city.
Remember that with the nerf of Pylon radius (7.5 to 6.5) that is in the PTR the Nestea strategy will be even more efficient against fast expanding Protosses after the next patch.

Metalopolis. Nestea 12 AP 6 Nestea 10 pool but idk why, has his natural up now AP with early stargate. Nestea building evo chamber Void nearly finished now

Haha 6 angry protoss players it seems. :D More like 6 angry zerg players. "No, how dare a Zerg win! Now people won't believe us when we complain!" ROFL, that is exactly what I was thinking

I'm not saying it's imbalanced, but a possible all-in doesn't really change the dynamics of the match up past early game.
with that said, nestea so awesome and that rush so excellent ;>!
How is it an all in? He was taking his third and had already teched.

That wasn't all-in, for killing a nexus he invested very little. Don't spread fallacies like that

Nice spore by Nestea ready denies Void

Nestea scouted the VR/stargate? he added spore so early

He built a bunch of hydras and spine crawlers and ran them down the map while overlords spread creep to make a path for them. It's not the exact same thing, but similar enough to say that Nestea didn't make this idea up on his own. Does anyone else remember this game, or did I just make something up?
That was very different when he did that. It was mass hydra with (early defensive) spinecrawlers which then used as support. He did this build vs Huk as well. Anyway....Nesteas build is a lot faster. 2-3 mins faster in fact. With the timing that Nestea had its impossible for protoss to start getting benefits from the FE nexus.

+1 range weapons before Lair finishes. Nestea has Anypro read here, I think.
