it probably wouldn't matter because naniwa was so much ahead but i feel like the blue flames need to stay next to the tanks so it wouldn't die to the stalkers/ colossus/zealots so early.

Goody had the hellions in front and after they died , the tanks were exposed

gg though. all came down to how effective nani stopped all the multi pronged harasses.

Yes void rays do take down thors. More vikings means his tank numbers will be lower so they help there too. Carriers are more ideal though.


Vikings just shut down any kind of Protoss air very well. Seriously, there's no rock paper scissors there. Vikings > All (or strike even in the case of Phoenixes).

This is not correct. Carriers were proven very effective against Vikings in higher numbers. The retarded DPS wins.


Every time I've seen Protoss switch to carriers against vikings they've failed. Terran players don't just sit there with vikings and auto-attack carriers, you know - they kite with them. We'll see though.


Carriers have way longer range than vikings. I think carrier's got 11 and viking's got 9. I'm not TLO though, so I might be wrong.

carriers have 8 range, vikings have 9 range. carriers can shoot and move back, but it's not something that can be done as quickly as vikings can do it..

why would u say anything when u don't actually know their ranges. hell i didnt even know their ranges but i thought u were wrong so i took 30 seconds out of my day and looked it up.

immortals aren't always auto win, thors with strike cannons rape them. they are awesome though..i think 3 immortals one shot tanks, colossus still decent cause of range.

Because immortalls suck against hellions and you actually need range to dps tanks. many immortalls just doesn't work if your opponent sees it and just goes insane amount of hellions, its risky.
