Is this some kind of Cravasse LE?
This is the original version of Crevasse, which was changed pretty quickly because there's several things wrong with it. Namely, 2 gas on back door expo, rocks at the front nat, and gold minerals/no gas middle expos instead of blue minerals/1 gas, and the ramp blocking at the main.

Yeah, and certain open maps are really good for Zerg, and certain maps are really good for Protoss or Terran playing a certain style. Should every race just insta-gg when on an unfavorable map? Name a map used in a recent major league where T is at the same disadvantage as Z is on closepos; that is, name a map where T can't prepare for everything Z can do, and will auto-lose if Z did something he didn't prepare for.
Every single map where T can't use siege tanks to abuse position in a small way (that is, multiple easy bases to take, wide open counter/flank routes, lots of total bases available -> any of the newer maps except Crossfire) gives Z a very strong macro advantage over T. It's not clear-cut at all but Z is at an advantage.

I'm digging this build out of stalife.

Tal'darim is pretty awful for TvZ.
Tht is nowhere near as bad as close positions.

Very effective drop for Stalife, Machine was far from ready. Losing a ton of overlords.

My mistake, didn't realize you just wanted to argue for argument's sake. You win bro.
I'm sorry, next time I'll just concede that you're correct for no reason and with no discussion.

It's pretty bad. Not as bad as close positions I agree.

I guess that queen is who wants to live forever

Marine drop in Machine's base, killing off drones and almost kills a Queen that survives at ONE health.
Banshees out from Stalife.

It's good to have variety. Yeah, but the variety comes at a cost--Z can't actually prepare for all the stuff T can throw at them on that map. Machine had to be ready, at all times, for anything appearing out of nowhere. He got the 2-rax and the hellions right, but beating those put too much pressure on his economy for him to get anti-banshee tech. In the end, the back-and-forth action might be fun, but it's a lot harder for Z than T. To go back to that game, Machine had no way of knowing that Stalife would go banshees; if Machine had prepared explicitly for banshees, then he would have died if Stalife had gone full-blown econ, or had committed entirely to hellions or a marine/SCV all-in. Z can win, but there's an element of luck in there, at that's what makes players hate it.
I agree (along with pretty much everyone) that the spots are tough for Z, but it was nice to watch a micro-intensive game with lots of early action after watching 'no rush 15 mins' PvZ.
But that's me speaking as a spectator, and as important as that is, balance is a more important objective IMO.

stream is still choppy for me on LQ ):
poor machine, getting bansheed again

Machine didn't need to lose a muta to that turret. He could've pulled it away and saved it.

Guess i could have gone with something about that queen being under pressure, but that seemed a bit canned :p
