If zerg doesn't attack, that's zerg fault for not being aggressive enough. If zerg attacks, that's zerg fault for entering bad engagement (yeah FF.)
Morrow was 192 food and 4 bases, vs 112 food and 2 bases, and that wasn't even close.
Zerg really has to find another play style, because it's simply not possible to win this way (by just having the better macro).
I would have loved to see a doom drop in the main base, or something like that.

love zerg drop play. wish he just used mass lings drop instead. not much to baneling explode since he went air.

Now that's what I'm talking about.

Hasu's dead lol
Nice job by Morrow!

Every time I see Morrow play in big games I feel like he always 1 or 2 base all-ins. Now I've seen him macro, and I'm unimpressed.
Ah, well, there's the Morrow I know.

See how effective drops are? :p

Morrom did train with Mondragon : how to counter protoss air ? Either roach/moar expand or go fast drop baneling/ling

MorroW played horrifically. He was up 200/200 to ~130 food, 4 base to 2 base, and got crushed. Gained a huge advantage then bad attacks, bad timings, deserved to lose. So what was he sopposed to do? NOT attack? have 200/200 supply full of roaches hydras and corrupters? Then toss rolls over with death ball? Morrow instead constantly attacked kept remaxing, and toss still rolls over with death ball. Watch again. He engaged in horrific locations when Protoss had an amazing concave. After FFs blocked his attack, he continued to fight with 1/6 of his units instead of retreating, which allowed ranged P units to obliterate. He attacked head on into an army that is designed to fight head on instead of dropping, teching to mutas, getting ahead in upgrades, etc. It was essentially the same situation as Sheth vs Artosis NASL except Protoss had less bases and Sheth executed it well, whereas MorroW did not. It was like Sheth vs Artosis, except the difference between the skill level Morrow and Hasu isn't even a fraction of the difference between Sheth and Artosis
Yeah not gonna lie Artosis played pretty horrifically. But the whole "entrenched" Protoss vs masses of Zerg remains the same, and it's probably fair to say that 4 base Artosis can macro just as hard as 2 base Hasu. Anyways, I think simply the fact that MorroW immediately went for massive drops shows he himself believes he didn't harass correctly last game.

Now that, friends, is aggression.

Seems like Morrow learned a thing or 2 from Mondi. They go air? Crush their ground!

Drop play against fast stargate is super-effective. :D

Stop calling this cheese, its just countering the fast expo (which is risky) smart. Djeesh. And stop whining, the TL death squad is going to ban you all.

People really underestimate this build, Voidrays don't kill overlords fast enough to deal with such a drop. If he had a couple of phoenix out, that would be a different story.

i don't even think morrow is far ahead now.

so sloppy play from morrow. throwing away loaded overlords and blings, not keeping up with macro. Nice aggression though.

It's not like he had much choice. You're damned if you do and damned if you don't in zvp. You don't engage head-on, that's how. Load up some overlords and hit a couple of bases with drops at the same time. Utilize nydus. The Protoss player in that game kept virtually all of his units together all of the time. If he splits his army in two to deal with the multiple drops, take the bulk of your forces and hit one or the other, or even hit another base if you want. If he doesn't, just keep killing his bases and he'll fall too far behind to keep up with your supply. 200/200 Zerg is not going to beat 200/200 Protoss straight up, and watching Morrow try was just painful. Once his supply advantage evaporated after his terrible engagement at the natural, the game was over when it became apparent he wasn't going to do anything except run his armies into a superior force over and over.
