team league format is great
we can only hope that eventually it will be more like BW with a team league running alongside the individual tournaments
its kinda sad to see whats happened to prime. they were widely considered the #2 team to oGs for all of the beta and now its pretty much just MKP (who wasn't even around then)
maka/check/hannibal have fallen off pretty hard. well, pretty much all of the WC3 guys have fallen off with more BW pros switching I guess

Tester/Trickster REALLY needs a haircut. Just saying.

I wouldn't mind not-so-serious team game segments with pro players but if they did it long term I probably wouldn't watch those matches.
BW 2v2 didn't have the watchability of SC2 2v2 for the most part though. Watch some of the Machinima league 2v2s, they're better than almost all of the BW 2v2s except for a few famous ones like the one with Yarnc on Hunters.

Just now had the Chance to watch this 4:0 was quite a Shocker Squirtle should have Evolved with that alone xd.
anyway 1 thing makes me Rage again, really Tastetosis was that Random Player disrespect, bashing really necessary AGAIN. Its really the only thing I dont like about them but this stuff has to stop their arguments are so void just look at TLO random and perfectly fine Dominating the World Ladder.
Random player not knowing "their Race" as well as others ??? isnt it the other way around the others are to afraid not "skillfull enough" or just not have the balls to master all the Races. cause Random player has not only to know every Aspect of every Race, but also Prepare for every possible Situation on every MU and Maps their is its the perfect learning experience.
anyway have to calm down a bit. Hope to have to never experience that again with in my opinion the best Caster Duo.

uggg check your play makes me want to rip me eyes out. However, I like how the large map is exposing his inefficiencies.

TLO is the exception, not the rule.
There is only one, maybe two random players in the world who can compete at the highest level right now.

Well its true. A random player doesn't know the mu's as good as a player who plays only 1 race. The only good Random players that can compete at top level for the most part is TLO. Don't know of any others so they are correct dunno why you got so enraged with what is actually true .

It's too bad, because he was my favorite Zerg during beta, I love his scrappy style and his unique play is more fun to watch than the typical "drone hard, absorb the push, max and attack" I've come to realize however that his play is just too dependent on the other player making mistakes. I hope he does well, but after seeing him lose like that after he had such a big lead is disheartening. It's almost like he didn't have a plan when his brood lords didn't work.

Even TLO felt he needed to pick a race, although it turned out he really shines when he's able to play random. I think that's just something that's unique to him. Playing random makes him happy, and it's also the easiest way for him to understand the Protoss side of XvP. Maybe that just makes him a hands-on learner, I dunno.

one word: heart. Nah, I think he's overly emotional and has a very feminine demeanor as well. I don't think it's about being overly emotional, really. In this situation, MKP must feel like he's carrying his whole team. And really...well, he is. I can definitely understand why he'd be upset in this situation especially, because his loss was his team's loss.

Wow what a bunch of nonsense. First of all, nobody is saying that playing random doesn't take skill. Second, nobody cares about "having the balls" to play all 3 races. All the pros care about is winning. And I think that TLO would be even better if he sticks to one race. He MUST be better at 1 race (terran) than the other two.

Nope, if your team is banking on you to reverse all-kill (like he did to Ogs in Zotac) that's a lot of pressure. He prolly feels he let them down.

People say this every GSL season. MarineKing hasn't figured blueflame hellions out yet, he will. I doubt it, and I really hope not. His style was creative for a little while, but the constant base trading really demonstrates how fundamentally weak it is. I'm personally glad he's started losing TvTs. He's still obviously very good in general, but his TvT style is just frustrating to watch. While I'm not a big MKP fan, I really hope he adjusts so we can see some better overall play. His decision making is second to none, and he's extremely resourceful. Lets hope he learns a more reliable TvT style.
I like how you're objective though you don't enjoy his style. ;p
I love his playstyle but I do agree he needs to think up some new strats. He was probably trying to do just that against MVP but it didn't work out. He needs to find a balance methinks. I think MVP and Boxer is the closest to how MKP will be playing once he stabilizes.

Is it just me or does he lose most of his games on Scrap?

I believe TLO plays random because his style is simply doing something out of the ordinary. How many "weird" strats can you come up with one race in order to surprise your opponent every time?
playing random gives him more options. TLO doesn't like to be predictable :D
I am also glad MKP's strat has been solved because although its cool but should not be a solid strat in high level play because its not very balanced imo, a race where you can just go marines? cmon, sc2's basis is composition

On second thought, maybe it's not emotion. Maybe his eyes hurt cause he doesn't blink when he plays. 0_0
