Yes, but nevertheless it was a very well executed standard technique in a potentially dangerous situation. Tastosis totally failed to point that out instead just calling it "the coolest thing they've ever seen" as if they had just seen someone place 5 nukes all over the map at the same time or something. Instead of totally exaggerating things they should rather explain why something was good or very difficult to execute in a certain situation, etc. Furthermore, when you call everything "the best" "the coolest" "the weirdest" "the sickest" you'll eventually run out of superlatives to describe REALLY impressive stuff.

Macro games are definitely good to watch. Most terran will just FE in respond to Protoss FE. However, if you just look at how ridiculously crushed ssks was by immvp, why did eu and na ppl not use it? why expand when u can kill ssks by such a big margin? ppl simply dont have the confident that their all in will work. Not all allin can be execute nicely. ppl play to win, not to entertain. mecro is not equal to better. macroing is as easy as ABC to the koreans, is standard procedures to the koreans pro-gamer, especially those who play BW

They're exciting dynamic and full of tricks that each player is doing to make their win % go up. Amazing observer deflection with marine and raven positioning twice in game 1. Incredible forcefielding against blue flame hellions. All-in play isn't as fun as a full scale macro war, but it's still a great timing attack execution. Interesting to see that also on an off topic note that it's cold enough over in Korea that they need to use hand warmers before games, even though they've warmed up alot already. (They were both using them in the booths before game 3)

All you terrans are so used to having cheap bio armies supported by mule and cost absolutely negligible gas, and so dont even understand why toss has to expand. Gateway vs bio leads to absolute carnage for the gateway once stim hits. It is essential to either have higher tech. However for toss to get higher tech army in reasonable numbers, it is essential to expand. For the all the hype that MC generated last season, the only good terran he faced last season was Jinro, who played like crap during the semi finals compared to his usual standards. I doubt that MC would have even won the tourney if he had to meet someone like MVP, who has flawless execution in early stage.

This type of play is really detrimental to the longer term success of the game. It's because they are the strongest strategies. I think the the more that people who watch the Pro's do these super crazy 1 base attacks, more and more they will realize that currently, that is how the game was made to be played. I enjoy watching the games regardless.

To be honest, I don't think I could, because I'm shitty. However I'd definitely go stargate tech before expanding, Plexa made a few posts about how early stargate play can nullify the Raven/Banshee presence.
