Domestic prize for foreigners is probably not taxable to neither Korea or their home country. So it's like winning a lottery for $13,000 in United States. This should help in stay in Korea and enjoy endless bottles of soju and Korean BBQ! Prize money is taxed in Korea, though tax rate is only 4.4% in Korea. (If I googled correctly..) I'm not sure if it aplies to foreigners.

Game 3: Both fast expanded and massed up armies. Jinro poked around choyas base once but no engagement whatsoever. Jinro eventually opted for 2nd expo. Choya moved out to attack with a very similar army comp from both sides as game 2. However they engaged in a good spot for choya this time, the vikings got sniped without doing too much colo damage. Jinro retreated his bio ball to his natural and the leftover vikings were way out of position. Last fight at his natural was never close. Game 4: Jinro goes 1-1-1, choya 3gate (later adding robo). Bit of 3gate pressure forces scv pulling to repair Jinros ramp bunker. Stalkers run past bunker and Jinro is forced to defend with scvs/marines pulled out of the bunker. Choya up 10ish workers. However Jinros bashees gets done soon after and it gets about 6 workers kills before having to retreat. So after that they were pretty much equal. Bit of dancing around ensues while Jinro takes his backdoor expo. Choya stays on 1 base whole game and techs to colo. Another small engagement at Jinros ramp causes choya to lose 1 colo, but armies are stil lquite similar and choya pulls back. When they finally engage Jinros vikings are again sniped without doing too much damage while his bio has to kite zealots. A small pull back from choya while he replenishes his zealot count and then he goes for the last push which again is pretty one sided with I think only 1 viking out from Jinro vs a superior and more balanced P army. Game 5: Jinro goes 2rax, Choya DTs. Jinro dances around choyas rocks and a reaper jumps up and just manages to spot the TC, but not the DS (which was right next to it). Jinro senses DTs and puts up engi bay and forward turret. DTs do no damage, choya expands behind it. Cloaked banshees comes in and gets a good 15ish kills before choya gets an observer up. Jinro slightly behind on his natural but pull ahead in supply due to banshee harass. Unit massing ensues and Jinro also secures his 3rd while choya stays 2base whole game. Eventually two 200/200 armies started to dance around the middle for a good 5 minutes (very tense period) trying to find the perfect spot to engage, but no engagemnt. Choya eventually gets up to Jinros rocks, gets them down and moves into Jinros main. He kills a few depots and other stuff while Jinro pull his army home into his main from his natural. As Jinros army arrives, choya pulls back down the rock-path. Jinro follows. But for unknown reasons choya turns back up the rock-path and gets into a very unfavourable low-ground position with less of an arc. Viking instantly kill colos (without thermal lance, big mistake), EMPs weaken the P army and Jinro has better bio upgrades. The supply goes from 200 vs 200 to 200 vs 100. Jinro counters and wins. All in all the last 4 games, while the buildup to it looked different, they all largely came down to one big engagement with MMM+viking vs Gateway units+Colos. Jinro won game 2 and 5, lost 3 and 4. Yep all 4 last games were similar. Usually protoss is slightly favored in a build up game like this because the protoss ball is slightly more efficient then the terran ball when using colossi. Game 2 choya's army balance was totally off though as he had way too many stalkers and way too few zealots, the trick for protoss is to get about 1,5x more zealots then stalkers so the zealots chase the MM while the stalkers snipe the vikings. Too few stalkers and the MM simply dominates too much if it's marauder heavy as you can't really avoid the vikings suciding to kill the colossi. The middle gap at xel naga is also really easy for viking control. Game 3 and 4 same game again but jinro's viking micro was off this one. It is always important to have the vikings over some sort of cliff or gap so the stalkers can't chase too easily. However jinro had the vikings on the wrong side both these times. Generally T wasnt to stimkite back with his MMM army (control group 1 generally) while poking at the colossi with his viking group (control group 2 or 3). If however your vikings are on a cliff on the wrong side compared to your base you will have trouble kiting back, which is exactly what happened in these games. Vikings where over a cliff to flank the protoss from the far side (thus the P's army was in between the vikings and the MMM army). In that scenario the P can simply chase the MMM all the way to the terran base while the stalkers keep the vikings separated. Then the vikings get put WAY out of position and the P can simply mop up the MMM at the home base. Game 3 jinro got killed at his expo while the vikings where held back from the stalkers, game 4 the vikings died trying to pull back but flying too near to the stalkers and the MMM got finished by a FF at the ramp. Game 5, jinro got way ahead by countering the DTs and then simply had the correct viking micro again to finish the deal. Note that it was still a quite difficult game for jinro even with the lack of thermal lances because macro games favor the toss a slight bit. Imo jinro played very well but showed a few slight weaknesses in the games: - played slightly too passive, macro games favor the toss slightly and imo jinro needs to be slightly more aggresive to beat MC, for example a proxy rush in one of the games or doing a bit more drops (which he didnt do effectively once at all vs choya). For example dropping while threatening to attack the front or simply dropping a few rines to kill some probes. - needs more upgrades. Bio upgrades are essential imo in keeping up to par in the lategame fights and he seemed to be getting these slightly too slow imo. - Better use of emp, he seemed to miss these a little bit too often in his games. Overall I really like jinro's macro style but it's gonna be very difficult to beat MC using that style as it's a very difficult way to play against T in general.
