He's definitely doesn't understand the game enough to cast GSL well, but neither does Tasteless I'm glad someone else agrees with this. Can't remember the exact quote but: "Good thing he has a few sentries to hold off those thors for a bit" "I think the thors are massive" "LET'S GET THAT CONFIRMED" ... "Oh, so they are ... I PLAY ZERG SO I DON'T KNOW THESE THINGS"... idiot.

Take notice of what tasteless says, he pretty much only repeats and agrees with what Artosis says.

And Storm kills units, EMP doesn't. You cant do much with 10 ghosts, you can kill entire bio armies with 5 HT. GG? User was temp banned for this post.

To everyone whining about EMP and making absurd assumptions about how much damage it does, you realize zealots, stalkers and sentries don't even have 100 shields to begin with right? the probably dont even know that emp animation size isnt real radius of the spell (its actually much smaler)

Why dont they make it so that either race has a chance to take it early game or late game. Wouldnt that lead to more exciting games between back and forth advances, rather than terran racing to finish toss off as soon as possible? Still moaning the lack of protoss in the GSL. That is the direction they are trying to go. Balance the game at both early and late. Anyway T is better at early game that is why we see more T in these tournaments because obviously early game occurs BEFORE late game. Anyone who uses racial distribution to complain that T is still OP are idiots.

There is also this thing called using mech to soak up the banelings which alot of people do in TvZ toss has no options for that really. You can also shoot banelings before they get there so I can't say its a fair comparision only thing that is similar is its AOE effect but emp and storm are spells and banelings are not. So it doesn't = out Banelings could be compared to say Colossus splash because spreading against colossus does work.

Stalkers have 80 Also, I play random. And I honestly dont remember that last time I lost to a protoss as terran. A good early timing push will destroy mid level diamond protoss and if not you can transition to 1 of about 4 different tech routes. I am not even close to a pro, but if I can do it on my level, I am sure pros can do something just as well.

Storm takes 4 seconds to do all its damage 4 seconds for storm to do it's full damage yes, but the spell itself also causes the opponent to micro out of it while your units are in turn beating their units up.

Try playing someone who actually knows how to spread their units.

They're all doing it, and they're all full of shit. yeah it's quite annoying - I stopped complaining about P a while ago because I don't wanna create loads of whiny balance QQs, especially not in live report threads; the fact that many terrans started doing it after the patch is absurd and hopefully stops now (btw. in go4sc2 yesterday it was a TvT final and a TvT "small" final for 3rd and 4th as well) I enjoyed both series today and think that the player ended up ahead that was the most tactially "refined"; if nexgenius plays weird strats nobody has to complain if ITR beats him with perfect counter-strats and/or solid standard-play tbh
