The Reddit Starcraft community has been growing solidly ever since the beta and are finally going professional with our events. We are also frequent TL members too! Personally the SC scene would not be the same without this site and ive loved the oppertunity to go to TL meetups in locations such as Singapore. We are no pushovers either! Last week we had 3 names in the NA blizzard top 200. You might have seen our 50$ prize pool bronze/silver tournament on Sunday, which was broadcast on goatrope's TL featured stream.
Prize: 100$ for first place team, 25$ Most Valuble Player award.
Sadly the sign ups for Season 1 are closed as it is already underway. Hopefully this post will convince you it is something worth watching, and might interest you in trying your luck for Season 2.

How to watch: This event will be livestreamed on www.livestream.com/screddit (will be on the TL non featured list), the first week will be commentated by myself (Vequeth) and Absentis. Expect the commentators to switch up as the season progresses and I have high hopes of being able to get Diggity and Moletrap to help out as they are regular Redditors too! We also have a dedicated recorder so higher quality VoDs will be available on Youtube afterwards, which I shall link in here.

I know that the info is in there and everything but I think you could do to make the time and link for this stand out more for people that are skimming.
Also is there an official website that is going to host the standings and stats?
What are the rules? How were the maps and matchups chosen?

Have updated the OP for the first broadcast time to be slightly more visible, you can find more information about the rules and regulations for the current teams here: http://www.reddit.com/r/starcraft/comments/d7e6p/announcement_reddit_team_league_v11_is_back_with/ .
For now standings and stats are being kept on a google spreadsheet and in spoiler format here, as the vods of the casts will also be here.
Maps will be Blizzard ladder maps, in the future I plan on trying out a couple of the new ICCUP maps with their permission too.
Also I might mention that this will be livecast from submitted replays (that the commentators/public have not seen) to prevent lag/cheating issues.

Have changed the timezone to sync with whatever your profile details are, so make sure you are logged in + set that parameter!
Also changed to put race icons on the matchups, thanks to r1ch's tips.

I did wonder what had happened to them, went back to the old Coach Player League or so that i10f did before beta, since he had them in his posts but it was all (P)(T) stuff now. Thanks for putting it back in

Round 2 is tonight, sadly we lost the vods of last weeks cast due to a corrupt file, but having tested out this new setup there will definitely be vods of this week on youtube! Tune in this evening to hear Absentis/Atomika commentating some quality reddit sc2 games.
Due to this swiss system used these should be a bit closer than last weeks matches, as they are based on previous performances.
