Maybe TLO did go easy on him, but if not things are looking bleak. If progamers switch over and practice for a cpl months I dont see foreigners stopping them. They have trained their mechanics and multitasking for a long, long time and reached a level that will not be reached by foreigners in quite some time imo. 2 games show nothing, also TLO was hardly gonna be playing full strength. I like this excuse
Yeah me too.
Ten days of training for NaDa (maybe he even trained SC2 like a typical BW training day) and he is at the very least on the same skill level as one of the best non korean who is playing SC2 for living! TLO plays SC2 since the very first beta release and there was no skill difference between both.
The Koreans will OWN in SC2 when they switch over to it. It's just a matter of time.

Aside the dramatic end, I thought this show match was very good. Shows how good mechanics can overcome greater knowledge of the game. Also, it's amazing to see how Nada learned from these. I doubt he would of went offensive if it wasn't for TLO.
Plus, Dennis 'Take' is great, he's a great commentator.

And what time is the semifinals, they're playing quake right now.
I think IdrA is officially sc2 player now, but still in a pro team.

Clearly, kespa are pro at PR.
They just showed to everyone how much they care about the public and fans.
Good job kespa and thanks for your support to us!

TLO - 1 NaDa - 1 Battle.net 2.0 - 2 KeSPA - Infinity Correct result - should be in the OP. But still technically TLO>NaDa. (TLO had already very serious advantage in the third game) The match was harass vs macro. And in the 2nd game NaDa played Terran like IdrA plays Zerg - he got infinite amount of bases in almost no time. However there's the difference - in SC2 expanding the economy too much, is not only not advantageous (you can't saturate properly), but is also getting detrimental towards the late game. It was a close game, i would have loved if TLO managed to punish this mistake, because it was deserving to lose. In SC2 (for now) you have to be careful not to go too economy-heavy.

there was an instance i remember where nada had a tank qued up and the one being produced was barely at 50%.
there you have it folks, if one unit is queued up your macro is garbage really goes to show you your knowledge of starcraft. 1 unit can make the world of difference. 1 marauder can change a fight 1 fight can change a game 1 game can change a tournament 1 tournament can change a player you don't always need to roflstomp someone to beat them, you just have to be beat them. hell maybe nada thinks the build is fine, what do i know, i am just spewing the facts, hate me or love me, i dont care. as for all the guys saying nada only played 10 games/10days/10whatever
SOURCE? right, so stfu tyvm User was warned for this postUser was banned for this post.
A queued unit doesn't tell anything about macro, it just tells a lot about not really refined buildorders. I mean what would you do with that money if you have to build another tank anyway while you don't have the production buildings to do anything with the money.

Blizzard really should start calling korea and having gretech cancel BW games because they are being restreamed to foreigners. Maybe KeSPA will realize how stupid of a move that was.
+ Show Spoiler +Who am I kidding. KeSPA will never learn and we wouldn't get watch any epic brood war games.

semifinals starts in 2 hours according to the schedule

The illegal Afreeca stream is a pretty piss-poor excuse to make a show of power by Kespa.

I believe Idra's returned his KESPA license to focus on SC2. As far as I know no currently active KESPA progamer is allowed to play SC2 publically.

I understand KeSPA being frustrating in having to pay royalties to Blizzard in order to broadcast and create a competitive scene after going for so many years with BW without such restrictions. But it makes sense in a corporate standpoint: if KeSPA is using a product to engage in a money making business, the creator of the game definitely should get royalties. Blizzard is bigger now than they were in BW and they have to exert that right as a company. KeSPA is just not willing to adapt and are sore about it.

Just throwing it out there that while Nada is a legend, he's hardly good at Starcraft these days. He gets worked and embarrassed by most Korean A teamers and struggles even against the better B teamers. He hasn't played at A team level ever since losing to Jangbi.

The next games are in about 2 hours yes?

wow this is too bad. The game on steppes of war was epic though.
This just makes me hate Kespa even more ... I don't care how much they did for the sc scene. This is an action of a power-drunk organisation forcing control over every step of individuals related to them not of one that cares about esports/the community in any way

How so its a pretty straight forward issue. It happens all the time thats why patents exists and why you see so many corporations suing another for using their product, i.e. Oracle suing Google for using Android with Java without their permission. Nice troll post.

this might be the reason we haven't seen idra wear any CJ gear

People who have actually watched/heard of Nada before this showmatch had been announced already knew that, but yeah pretty much. He's still better off than boxer is right now, i mean who loses to yellow in a match that doesnt matter?!
jk<3
great series, kespa is classy, and someone needs to gif nadas response to dropping in game1.
