The registration for the fourth qualification cup is now updated, clicking the link below will take you to the registration page for the Intel Extreme Masters Qualification Cup IV.
This season of the Intel Extreme Masters is underway, as the first four North/South American qualifiers will be played, on every Sunday afternoon EST for the next four weeks.
The regular season qualifiers are set to be played on the follow dates:

The top four finishers in each of these cups will move onto the group stage of the Intel Extreme Masters, along with a $100 cash prize for the winner of each qualifying cup.

Make sure you followed these steps:
1. Register an account on the ESL website if you don't have one
2. On the tournament info page near the bottom, hit "Sign Up"
3. Where it says "Gameaccount" it's probably red, meaning you don't have an account attached yet, so hit "click here to add"
4. Make sure Type is: Starcraft II Name.Character code (Battle.net US) and the value is: Username.Character code (example: Puremiss.123)
5. Everything else can be blank for now, then you should be able to sign up for the tournament, if not try later.
NOTE: Some tournaments have a player limit, such as 128, 256, 512
