Rapid Fire is pretty dangerous to use for something like that. If you miss a dropship, it'll send a move command for all your dropships and mess it up.

I assume he actually means to just click "unload all" for all ships instead of clicking on the individual ships (there is no way I can see it working otherwise), but doing that will definitely also be very inefficient.

Sorry, I just mean move-drop, especially when i micro my warp prism with DT/Archon, i find that "O"+left click is slower than "O'+"O"(if "O" is set as rapid fire key) . Without rapid fire , I have to left click to drop and right click to load many times for my archon, which seems pretty slow when comparing with only right click to load +Double"O" to drop,while keep my prism moving.(Sorry for my bad english, i am not a english speaker)

And in that case (Archon drop), i just need to control one wrap prism, so it won't mess up all my dropships

Anyone has ideal about how to bind the hotkey for the units/building(especially the towers of karax and swan) in co-op, it is pretty likely that you will have many conflicts there, or you will have many hotkeys far away from the rest position.

Coop creates lots of problems with respect to TheCore. One of the biggest is the InfestedBanshee that can burrow/unborrow and cloak/decloack that would break a lot of well established keybindings used for years in TheCore. I do remember some bunker mess as well.

From Stukov introduction in patch 3.8, on the TheCore's skype thread JaKaTaK and BeedeBdoo have more or less given up to make TheCore consistent with Coop: so many new randomly released commanders with funny surprising new content. Considering Dehaka's full command map (3x5=15 keys to bind !!), I would say that was a wise decision.

I would be interested in JaKaTaK explaining what is the current approach. My feeling is that TheCore is released as a consistent proof of concept that anyone could adapt to fit own needs. JaK himself do not recommand to switch to next version of TheCore, if mechanisms are established with a previous version.

As the user base for TheCoreLite is less established (and less hardcore gaming :D ), I tried to absorb all Coop changes in reasonable time: with biggest weight for Multiplayer. Anyway there were some major changes required in the keybinding as pointed out by MilExo, and not all TheCore zerg tricks were in.

Thank you all for reply!!! I have one more question. Anyone has suggestions on camera and group control setting for PRM Player? There seems no thecore 3.0 version of camera and group control suggestion. I know that it is better to avoid repetition of using same finger. I am pondering how to setting camera for "army production camera","production building group control","wrap prism group control" with the highest efficiency. I can use ring finger to press "production building group control", maybe the same key +"shift" should be the "army production camera", and then use index finger to press "wrap prism group control". I just to want to know if there any existed recommendation for all the camera and group control for thecore 3.0 PRM.

There are 2 titles on this page that may interest you:
– Camera Order/Use
– Suggested CG Use

Not sure whether it's TheCore 3.0, but I would say that group and camera keys should not have changed since TheCore 2.0. I cannot guarantee. In any case you can try to get the spirit behind those spread sheets

I have seen this sheet, but there are some differences in Cam and CG between Thecore 2.0 and Thecore 3.0, I have already be used to thecore 3.0 and have never used thecore 2.0 before, it is a headache to relearn thecore 2.0.(if Cam setting have been changed, i would expect usage would be modified due to efficiency)

I have a problem where in TRM 3.0 my cameras have bad interactions with my abilites. For example, when i try to queue up supply depots with shift+io I end up triggering my base camera which is set to O. Anyone else has this problem and any solutions??? ideally a camera setup which doesnt interfere with abilities???

Hope the spreadsheet for thecore3.0 will be updated soon, it will be pretty helpful for someone who start from thecore3.0 but don't want to refer to early version . Also right now most players are in LoTV version. Appreciate all your fantasy job for this layout. I also hope there will be more videoes to show some important parts(order sequence, CG,camera) of the spreadsheet, you known video is better than excel.

I'm having trouble with my ctrl+shift+8 and 9, the game isn't recognizing those hotkeys. I've searched the internet for solutions, but I can only find for ctrl+shift+0. For me, ctrl+shift+0 is the only numerical combination that is working properly. I'm using the portuguese ZRM layout.

I have made one picture for CG PRM version
Blue for control group, Yellow for camera. Red for substitutional key for camera(Ctrl+"key" is recall camera,Ctrl+shift+"key"is create camera)

Is there any resources for suggested cg and camera usage for theCore 3.0? the master spreadsheet seems to be terribly outdated. ZRM btw. I never used theCore before switching over from a modified grid.

is there a control group layout for the core 3.0 TRM as well the protoss one above looks awesome. At the moment im hotkeying my main army on p (marines maruader medivac) and control stealing onto j,9,8 for any drops or liberator harass. I also use - for my siege tanks and = for widow mines. ' for ghosts and [ for any air stuff besides from medivacs. It all seems a bit hard to use all the hotkeys but what do you guys use. TRM btw guys

Here's a very basic reference I made for myself for TRM, similar to the one above. It obviously doesn't have every specific command, but it's enough for me to look at for help while I'm getting a grasp on the specifics for each unit.

This image will also not be exactly accurate to the default TRM setup, so I'll briefly go over what I changed. The keybinds are the same, so this will work fine, but my annotations will be very slightly off.

I personally find it helpful to associate the order of control groups and camera locations that I would naturally assign, with a natural numerical progression along the keyboard itself. The number keys on a standard keybind setup are a perfect example, where it's easy to associate your first, second, and third control group / camera location with numbers. You don't quite get that easy association with TheCore, and the natural progression from key to key in the default TRM setup wasn't quite doing it for me. So, all I did was swap around the order of a few of these. The sequence of keybinds in my control groups and camera locations (as noted in the blue text) has more of a flow in my opinion.

Of course, you don't NEED this association with numerical order and physical flow. It just helps me make a bit more sense of what I'm binding to where and why. And obviously, you can assign whatever you want to whatever key. This is just what I will be using while I begin to learn TheCore, and it should be completely applicable to anyone who wants to use it as a simple reference.

If you go to github it is more updated and has those changes as well as much of co op.I recommend you do that but you should learn how to do this yourself because, that may or may not be done for the upcoming patch.A general rule of tumb is look for similar abilities like for muscular augments it would be the same as ling and roach speed I believe and morph should also always be the same.

As for the control groups in 3.0 the only thing you use is create and take away (ctrl+shift+key) or add and take away (ctrl+key).For control group 10 you are never gonna have 10 control groups honestly at that piont its eaiser just to box and click in my opinion.But I feel like it should be somewhere .I'm guessing you altered the setup in the game and unbound that key by accident .You should always alter it in the text document it is under documents in star craft,accounts,random set of numbers that is you, then hot keys.If for some reason the hot key literally isn't there like what happened to me with the new swarm host skin spawn locust for some reason has a different key for if it. Then make a blank hot key setup and then make the changes there then copy and paste into the other file will work fine. This also works if you are using a unique key to find out what the program calls it like " ' " is Apostrophe.Set rally is just if for some reason you wanted to play sc2 like brood war then you can click a hot key and then click instead of just clicking.The ultralisk is also I'm pretty sure you rebinding it.
