They're created by SC2Statistics and people tend to copy the info to TL. Apparently a few games are still missing from TLPD for September info.

Is there a way to associate custom sounds to events in the regular SC2 game (no mod) ? I'd like to associate a very annoying and loud sound to the event "additional larvae spawned".

Is it useful in any machup to get the medivac energy upgrade (Caduceus Reactor)? That requires a tech lab on one of your starports instead of a reactor, I guess that would mean you sacriface one production slot in the late game vs toss/zerg even though it is often the case that you need to double-pump vikings out.

Hi! I am new here and I did not find thread about SC2 options errors or something like that. But here is my question:
I tried to set my create location 1,2,3,4,5 from control + f5,f6,f7... to f1,f2,f3. Every thing is ok, but when I want to accept changes a message appears: Create new profile to save the changes. Does it mean that I need to create the whole new account? Or is this just "save the changes" profile and these changes will work on my current account?

Only for a few seconds to look like cloak is being researched, otherwise there is no real use for it in the current metagame.

The profile its referring to is just a separate hotkey configuration that you can save. It generally creates separate profiles for each account. You can create more of course. If this was your first time changing the hotkeys, it'll ask you to make a new profile because you're currently set to the "default" hotkey profile that sc2 comes standard with.

Is there a chat channel in-game specifically for 1v1/practice partners on the NA server?

I found a thread using the search function but it's pretty outdated and most of the channels don't exist anymore/nobody uses them.

Also is it just me or does no one use the practice partner thread chat channel called "TLpractice"?
I have a Dark Templar Statue at home.

ZvT, Antiga shipyard. What Midgame creature should I spend my gas with after lair is done? Mutas or Infestors? I always go infestor but in this map, it feels so hard to defend my fourth.

from my terran point of view, both are fine, but against a terran that is well set-up on his economy and production, you have to change to infestor.

Mutas are good when terran is transitioning his production, doing some reactors, or when his economy is weak and his army is small and you guys are trading a lot. But when he's set-up, you have to make infestor!!

After infestor you have to change.. on this map I feel ultras are better, pretty mobile, wide map.... but broodlords are dope too, since you have only 1 big path to hit.

Not without using a third party program (potentially bannable, I wouldn't take the risk). Nowadays you can't even mod SC2 like that, because the launcher checks your game files to make sure you didn't change anything.

Can someone link to me an example of BW social scene demonstration versus the current state of SC2 social scene, and explain how its better? This is in terms of Bnet interface btw. I'm curious behind the basis of people saying that the social aspect is dead in SC2

Hi,
I am pretty new to playing Starcraft myself, and even newer to trying terran.
I'm trying to "master" the marine marauder build that I have seen numerous terrans do over the last months.
I don't know what it is called and I'm getting way too many results with the search terms I'm trying so I thought maybe u guys could point me in the right direction!

It's used mostly after CC first or a 1 rax FE.
Based on making around 5 rax, get starport, +1 +1 quickly (varries), having out 2 medivacs around the 10 minute mark to poke your opponent.
I've seen pretty much every top terran use it every once and a while, notably Flash used it a LOT at MLG, Marineking used it vs Sniper in today's ro32 in game 1 and I'm pretty sure Mvp used similar builds against Rain almost every game in the ro4 last season.
I have been using Bomber's 1rax FE into 2 Medivac Timing for now, but when I watched MKP vs Sniper in the GSL today, he did so much more in 10 minutes than the Bomber build that I'm trying to learn.

They are similar to Bomber's build, but I can't really extract a build order from a GSL game.

I am just trying to find a real solid build to use so I can get familiar with playing Terran in general

Speedlings help get early map control. 6 queens are good but are often left vulnerable and speedlings are good all game.

Infestors/corruptors. It's difficult to transition into sky terran as it requires a significant raven and viking presence, and an economy greater than 3 base before battlecruisers can both be afforded and come out without being ripped apart by fungal+infested terrans+20 corruptors churning from a 5-6 base zerg economy. It's perfectly viable at lower levels, though.

In ZvP, what is the best response to 2gates at the natural zealot rush followed by a delayed ffe?
assuming you started hatch first and you scouted the gateways before your hatch finishes.
Do you cancel the hatch and hold it in your main, or do you try to save your natural with lings and drones?
If you scout it early enough, is it a good idea to try to rush roaches, or rely on pool-tech to hold the attack?

How do you figure out how to counter specific openings with standard builds. It's something that is behaving as a serious roadblock to helping me improve at the game, and it's frustrating me to no end in sight.

For example... I've tried Mvp's 3 base mech build just to get crushed by a 2 base roach drop all in or tried a 3 stalker expand in PvP just to get completely flattened by an immortal warp prism drop in my main.
