I don't mind to get a ~7min expo or sth other delayed in order to pressure early. I just do not want to give the protoss all the fleixbility that he wants by going 1rax fe all the time (or cc first). Thanks alot for pointing me to those sites
You can also try hellion fast drop, really worked well for Byun vs Seed's 1gateFE

Why don't zergs in late game when they are banking like 6000+ k, morph most of their drones into spores and then fill that 40+ supply with more army before cancelling all the spores? Or is just making spines better?

Thats very expensive (the cost of canceling 40 spores) waste a lot of APM, and your economy is basically haulted for the time that you did that. Spines are generally better because they provide a small amount of defence in a large map situation. It's difficult for a zerg player to protect everything in the late game.

IF you'd do that - Evo's are cheaper.

Thanks alot! Reactor Hellion play is quite easy mostly.
You open 1 rax expand - go for Hellions. You have your barracks construct the standard techlab and make marauders + stim off of that. You attack when stim finishes and some stim marauders, 2 marines and a good number of hellions. use Hellions vs Lings/Drones, Marauders vs Spines.
You have to hit fast, because mutalisk shut this down HARD.

Oh excuse me i forgot to mention that this have been some tvp games

On the prime stream (mkp) i saw mkp as well as maru doing it alot, seems like they are practicing it. I think it was gas first also.

That i do not know exactly sry I think for some time but he got also a "fairly early" expo everytime.
E: http://www.gomtv.net/2012gsls3/vod/67559/?set=14&lang= This is quite similar but no expo and alot of scv pulls to kill the nexus (it's a bit older also but the most fitting i could find :/

Hello friends, I had a question for you guys. I was climbing the ladder with fervor season 6 busting through the leagues! I was high Gold, and began to start facing plats when finals began so I dropped off the radar so to speak. I finished up school and then acquired a job and now it is season 8! I haven't played a match yet and I fear I would do terrrrrible because of the rust. I am wondering, should I wait 1 more season thus resetting my placement so I can do 5 placement matches again? Or should I just go for it, place, and try my best?
(I'm zerg, I've been doing the filter bronze to masters mechanics zerg guide and can pretty much hit all those benchmarks but am just afraid I will get stomped against ladder opponents, thus the idea to wait to reset)

For me it was kinda the same (very long break).
Just play some custom games for 1 or 2 days across all matchups, then just jump into ladder again (and make sure before that you hit those benchmarks again). That should help you to not get frustrated and demoted etc.
At least i did it that way and it was good

I've been considering changing around some of my hotkeys. I have a strange setup. Firstly I have my CCs on 5. I use W as my production buildings and spacebar to change what's currently selected in a control group. So to make marines tanks and medivacs I press W, A, SPACEBAR, S, SPACEBAR, D. I've been feeling a bit cramped hitting W; also hitting 5 and S is very comfortable.
I was thinking of looking at some pro replays and having an experiment with their hotkey setups. However is there anyway of knowing if they've rebound certain hotkeys on the keyboard by looking at replays? For example if you looked at my replay you would think I selected my production by hitting zero! If not, do any terrans have some recommendations about what keyboard button they use as their production buildings? I'm actually quite happy using spacebar to switch between selections in a control group.

Hi,
I recently saw that korean players have their CC's on 8,9,0. Does anyone know what exactly players like Mvp, Taeja, or Ryung have assigned to those numbers? Because I don't think they use 8,9,0. Thanks

Hello, I've been practicing about 8 practice unranked games. I'm paying terran, my winrate against terrans is 100% but 0% against any protoss or zerg. I have trouble scouting properly their area due to the blocks I have to destroy, and most of my opponents use air enemies to destroy my workers and bases quickly. My question is, do I have to scan their base to know which unit to counter, do I have to always put anti-air turrets around my base ? I've watched the replays again, they seem to know how to counter me through their overlord/observers.
