Is it just someone....psh.
That's fricking Boxer EMP+Nuking Nal-Ra into one of the most epic GGs ever! So BM hahaha. This is Brood War anyways, I don't think this has been done yet in SC2 to my knowledge.

btw, $400 000, that's four hundred thousand dollars, for 3 seasons of NASL's prizepool? is that a good enough metaphorical explosion?
1) I play a billion games in diamond. One day i improve, and from then on i play at masters lvl skill. 2) I play 100 games in diamond. One day i improve, and from then on i play at masters lvl skill.
Is there any difference in the time it will take to get promoted and how much or it's the same?

I don't get the question, being promoted depends on your hidden rating (mmr), if you have a diamond mmr and you start winning the rating will go up until you reach the mmr required for master. the number of games it's indiferent, it all depends on how many of those games you win and who are you beating.
Okay here is my hopefully simple question, If not I might make a [H] thread but I'm hoping here might suffice.
Q1:Timings: Is it a time when you get an upgrade, Is it a time when you get a specific unit, is it a time when your opponent is weak to a certain unit? all of the above?
Q2: Also I hear a lot about specific timings vs races like the three gate push after +1 finishes for PvZ when you throw down your nexus. Are these timings vs races generally observed things that happen? or is it just a result of the metagame right now.
Basically Q1: What da hell is a timing. Q2: Are timings things you can count are or do you need to scout them see if they'll be there? simple as i could make it.

Playing billion games takes longer then playing 100 games. There's huge difference in time. LOL.
Smarter player will get to masters faster of coarse.
edit: @up: timing is everything you wrote above. It's time of building compared to enemy build. It's a time when upgrade starts or finishes. It's the time you move out your base or set an expansion. Everything has it's timing in SC2. Some timing attacks are good, some arent. Some times to get an upgrade are good or bad.

Q1: It is a combination. Also when your opponent is expanding/adding a tech structure.
Q2: I am pretty sure it is also both, the +1 push is good against Z as protoss because it makes your zealots kill zerglings in 1 less shot. Also a timing to be scouted is when they throw down their spire or before they get ling speed/roaches, Also expansion timings.

I know about the MMR, what i don't know is how it changes. It could be the average of the last one thousand games, or just ten games. So to rephrase my question - players that stay for a long time in a league will have more trouble leaving it than players that don't have many games, since the uncertainty is bigger for the latter?
1) In PvP, if my opponent cannons his base and techs to voids, whats the best response? Im afraid if i expand too quickly and tech, he will attack with voids before i've sufficient tech to come back.
2) In PvZ, if i 3gate sentry expand, wats the best response to baneling busts?? I get contained by them before i can even expand sometimes!
3) What is the best way to use FFs in: - PvT MMM balls - PvZ Roach/hydra/corruptor balls?
Ladders are locked until tuesday or wednesday of this week I think depending on which region you're in. They're locked for a week after 1.3 (which was last week) so I'm assuming they're back open this week.
If you're in PvZ, and you're making a 2 base death ball after sentry fast expanding, is it more preferably to get 2 stargates and a robo for voids colossus, or 2 robos and a stargate?
Is it ever worth killing an observer or overlord with some combination of fungal growth and infested terrans?
(this is a bit vague, and situational)
I think before the patch I worked out an infestor could kill an overlord with 3 eggs, but the overlord could run away depending on how close they were to a cliff and if you had a OL spotting. I just thought of the observer killing, since FG would bring it out of cloak.
