PvT - The only things that occur to me are that early aggression is a bit harder to hold off because of the relatively open natural, and that drops are really easy in proxy positions. | ||

After I drop my barracks, I'm aiming to get an orbital at 15 supply but I always seem to be waiting for at least 5-10 seconds for my rax to finish while I'm just sitting at 15 supply. I'm unable to build a 16th scv because then I'd be waiting for the scv to finish before getting my orbital. I've seen plenty of people time it perfectly so that their rax finishes just when their 15th scv is popping out... I can't seem to get this timing down. For anyone that's used this build or knows the issue I'm facing,do you have any suggestions on how to get this timing right? Ideally I would be able to get my rax down just when my 15th scv is done so I can get my orbital immediately without waiting for 5-10 seconds at 15 supply and not building anything. If I can get this down, my timing would be a lot better. .. | ||

If I can get this down, my timing would be a lot better. .. The barracks build time was recently increased by 5 seconds which is why the orbital timing feels wrong. All you can really do is make sure your barracks is built spot on 150 minerals and no later. | ||

Thanks in advance These can often be found by going to create game and typing in just "MLG" or "GSL". Create a private game and you'll download the map, but I think there's some way to do it with right-clicking as well. You can bookmark it to find it easily later. | ||

Is it because 1. its faster than an Overlord 2. they want to get your position\build to see if a rush will work? Or is it something else I am missing? | ||
