Most of games are 20-30mins long and some are even longer (40min is not that rare).
This might change when players figure out more build orders, timings and other things
Watching the game now^^
I bump it so it gets hera on page 199:

Watch, as my voice get worse and worse over time. See, all the action I miss as I blindly cast this game. Listen, to the Norwegian accent blending in with my sore throat! Do not complain about me mumbling in this game, just enjoy the pats you can understand
Can it be coded to fit our situation? Would it be a good idea to not only use the same system as SC2BW but make a shared rating as well (e.i. your rating in SC2BW carries over to Starbow and visa versa)? Making it easier for SC2BW players to play ranked games of starbow and visa versa. Guess Maverck would like to have a saying in this
EDIT: Just saw the source.zip file. Anyone with some coding skills could make this work I guess. I'm not the one unfortunately, my greatest programming achievement was coding a simple calculator in Q-basic in high school....
I think it's easier to try to put more maps (four is the ideal number) in a single map. I do not know how to do, but I know that you can increase the size of the map up to 512x512. These dimensions can cause problems, so I think a 400x400 map will suffice. In this way you can enter the system "ranking" on the map, as has been done for sc2bw. To change the map pool you can alter the soil (copy and paste). For the types of soil in one map I do not know how they can be changed, but I know that it is possible (see the map iccup test bug). Use trigger so that the minimap you look at a single map (and not all and 4).
The maps will be available for selection in the lobby or in game. If this works, a future could also insert the system Koth. Enter multiple maps in a single is used exclusively for the "rank" system . If you publish starbow in custom game, then it might serve to increase the popularity.
Regarding a ranking system for Starbow, I am currently collaborating with someone regarding an external rating system (i.e. ELO website and corresponding program) for my own mod. I will hopefully have more details about it later this week. He seems keen on getting more people involved in the future, and I offered to tell the other mod communities about his work. Things are progressing well, so stay tuned.
@JohhnyZerg, I posted exactly the same idea roughly 2 years ago on BNet. Glad somebody had the same one and made it (sc2bw) and I hope we see the same for starbow!
Personally I'd much rather the rating system was not held within the maps. Would that also mean that any time someone wanted to update a map, they'd have to update the Starbow ladder system map? Wouldn't it also mean that any time there are balance changes, the master ladder map would need to be edited?

For update patch, change dependencies. For change maps, use copy and paste and change the size of the regions.
I know that you can change the size of the map up to 512x512, but the blizzard considers these maps illegal. A future, blizzard perhaps authorize larger maps of 256x256. Currently we should use a ranking system exterior.
Stimpack increases attack speed by 50%, up from 40%.
Irradiate costs 75 energy instead of 100.
Snipe now costs 50 energy, deals 100 dmg and has a 30 second cooldown. (It can no longer be spammed as a way to unleash lots of damage in a short time.. On the other hand, it can now shoot Infestors + HT in one click..) Stalkers now deals 12 dmg vs light, 14 vs normal and 16 vs armored. (Earlier 12 vs all, and 16 vs armored.) This makes them slightly better mainly vs Mutalisks, Hydras and Vultures..
Reavers now deal 100 dmg vs everything, except only 80 vs light. (100 vs everything before) This makes them a little worse vs marines, unless they get the Plasma Charge damage upgrade.
Void shell still makes the affected units not auto-attacked for 12 seconds . If they are attacked, the buff is removed. They now take 50% less damage from the attack that removes Void Shell. (So even if the enemy target fires a Void Shell Zealot immediately, to remove the buff, the Zealot takes 50% less damage from only that particular attack.)
There are some other balance concerns in the game that I did not adress in this patch since I want to see more games. I take it in small steps.
"Medium" units (neither light or armored): Hydra, Infestor, Baneling, Nullifier, Scout, Medic, Ghost, Vulture, Spider mine, Viking, Dropship
Units that deal extra damage vs armored:
Hydras, Corruptor, Spine Crawler.. Stalker, Scout.. Siege tank, Spider mine, Goliath vs air, Viking vs air..
Units that deal extra damage vs light:
Baneling, Ghost, Firebat, Vulture
Units that deal less damage vs light: Reaver, Siege tank, Stalker
So it looks bad to be armored, since so much deal extra dmg vs it.. On the other hand, all armored units have 1,2 or 3 as starting armor value, which is good vs low-dmg units!
This is just from the top of my head and I might have forgotten someone or mixed anyone up!
@Reaver vs light with the new patch..
Scarab deals their damage in "two" areas: 100% dmg is dealt closer to the centre of the attack impact.. 50% dmg is dealt to units a bit away from the centre.. Marines have 45 HP.. Now Scarabs can NOT annhiliate 15-20 marines in one shot. The outer marines will live with 5 HP
