you are turning this into sc1.Don't do that,just make it blend with sc2.keep stalkers and queens(pheonixs).But good call on the Arbiters.

and mine. sorry dice BW is way better in terms of balance than SC2 as of the moment. we will see how this progresses after a few years, but for now BW in 3d graphics baby!! =p

It's better not messing mixing both game units. If hydras are back to tier 1.5 and 75/25/1, dragoons need the extra life and damage to compensate it. Just imagine what would happen with banelings and firebats instead of marauders. Mb would be nice touching the most underused units on bw, ghost/scout/queen, but that's still quite delicate.

well. some things like no academy and ghosts still being able to get nukes like in SC2. i dunno if i'll change those.
i dont see them as being incredibly game breaking anyway.
i mean yea you can get a siege tank out quicker in this than you can in bw. but. yea. unless it has some huge detrimental effect to the gameplay i might leave it. just need people to play it for now and get all the feedback i can get.

So no academy means just need barracks for scanner? That's a bad thing for fast DT builds, they're hard to pull off to any terran aware of that strat, if scaner comes early it's even worse. Lots of apparently meaningless stuff is what made BW that "balanced". It's not perfect but didn't see anywhere 3 races which are so awesome and yet so distinct mechanics wise that are practically equal anywhere else. And yea that goes for sc2 too.
I'm very afraid myself how im gonna handle balance on my map, luckily, for now i'm just on the phase of creating units and defining their roles.
I wish i could play it and see how it plays, but my graph card exploded during beta. (I learned the lesson though, never poke the graph card with the hard drive)

exactly. every1 was looking forward to something like starcraft that is cool and has better graphics (not entirely, some of the graphics r still quite crappy) but generally like an updated starcraft. thisll be cool  support!!

no this is a BW mod, so why should he blend units from both games??? the intention is to remake original BW
looks like stasis only makes units invulberable but doesn't "stun" them :-(
