as much as i like 140 damage on psi storm i think you should bring that down to maybe 120 or 100, dark swarm should last longer right now ir's like 15 seconds anyone know how long it lasted in Broodwar?
edit:Where can i get the updated version or is not not up on B.net yet?

psi storm i copied the damage from brood war. it MIGHT do damage too quickly currently it ticks every 0.85 seconds. i can't find any accurate information on that... same with dark swarm. i can't find anywhere that lists it's duration. i might just make it 40 seconds like stasis? that seems like the right amount of time.

By the way, is it possible to extract the game models to some 3D format and vice versa? I have some experience with 3D modeling and texturing so I might be able to help out.

Stasis lasted absurdly long, so a 40 second swarm is too long. I would go no more than 30 seconds, and maybe even 20 seems reasonable.
(EDIT: I have no actual data; it just feels stasis always lasted longer, so I could be completely wrong.)

20 is what it is now keep in mind faster means it's not 20 real seconds.

Hmm... so apparently there's a max plugin for .m3 export. Anyways, I can take a look when I get home, are there any models that need to be created?

guys who made the reaver model in my mod are making a corsair. still kinda need devourer, defiler, proper dragoon, etc. theres quite a few.
in other news i solved the vespene geyser issue that was stopping me from making it a mod so i guess im now taking requests for your favorite BW map first off the top of my head is destination.

Ah nice Its good to know the mapmaker is interested in improving the map and fixing errors. I'll post more when i play again! Thanks for fixing the errors which made ZvT unplayable
PS: about the hotkeys: The abilities of "new" units had no hotkeys (defiler: consume,plague,darkswarm / lurker: burrow) Same for building hotkeys of those units: Defiler had a name similar to : "UNITNAME/SOMETHING/DEFILER" without hotkey. Lurker morphig had no hotkey either.
