eg Green Tea AI vs Blizzard's ingame one, via some launcher? Or is coding the only way to go to redirect the calls etc? Thanks! And apologies if this is only half related to custom games/maps..couldnt find a more suitable place ![]() | ||

i want to make a basic ladder map with Lurkers? like xelnage to play it in a 1v1. how does it work? or can someone do it and give me a link to the map? thx would be very nie | ||

Some mods have the lurker already ![]() What you have to do: + Show Spoiler + open editor open the map from blizz save the map in your mod files open file/dependencies and add the campaign dependency you will have the "old" techtree version with barracks "before" supply depot and lurkher and lurkher den present... implement it properly (drone as iGrok pointed out) and hydralisk both in ability (first line) and command card (second line where you assign the button) you have to re tweak everything to "normal present" melee... and balance the lurkher costs / timings to your taste have fun edit: have a good burrow | ||

Are there any custom campaigns that have been made? Where it's all loaded with a storyline with ingame text/camera work and when you beat a level, then the next will load up etc etc etc. | ||

I don't get your caution, this is totally about the editor ![]() the sc1 campaign is being remade left and right, this is the one with MaverK's mod and it's quite good. @Carras: Yeah of course... we will get right on it... Would you like a massage and an escort while i serve you champagne... Seriously " and i'm not planning on learning"... ![]() Post your design (as a thread or here) and plead your case with more respect/love for mapmakers... Who knows, i've seen weirder things happen... | ||

My friend and I are designing a custom map that features normal Starcraft 2 gameplay but with slight differences. However, the editor has outdated versions of units from the beta (incorrect cost, resource count, build time, etc.). Is there any way to easily standardize this without having to go unit by unit and changing everything? It's not just that we are lazy, but for some things (like the recent fungal growth change or unit priority changes) I wouldn't even know how to change that to begin with. So even if we can't standardize everything, is there even a way to change the not numerical things (like Battlecruiser attack is numerical, but ultralisk and zergling sharing space is not)? Thanks in advance! And before anyone suggests it, if the answer is to update the editor and start from scratch, that's not an option ![]() | ||
