Cant Publish my map

Everytime when I click publish the same error pops up.
Please help me

You can't have the worlds Starcraft or Locale in a map? What? This makes no sense.

I was unaware Talekna has those words hidden in it. Wtf is a talekna anyway.

@Zhek are YOU blind? look at the publish name it says''Talekna'' now what part of taht says Starcraft or Locale

Maybe it's already in use by someone else?

Or maybe it doesn't like the fact that the filename is different from the publish name - your map is called Talekna, but the file is Telakna.SC2Map. Watch your typos.

Other than that I'm not sure, the error message is pretty vague

i'm guessing talekna has a foreign swear word hidden in it.

Is it possible that you wrote "Starcraft" in the description or somewhere? The LOCALE shouldn't stand for something you can't type but for the position where the error occurs. If that doesn't work I'd just try around a bit with different names. You can always delete it again.

And yeah, it is kinda funny that you misspelled the map name there^^

It's because Blizzard has filtered words. Try remove certain words that contain any sort of aggression whatsoever. Even words like africa, white and black are censored.

I encountered a similar problem. The "Change Name" button from the Publish Document window does not successfully update the name of your document. You actually have to exit that screen and go to the menu bar: Map > Map Info. Here you can change the text field 'Name' to your preferred map name. Click 'OK' and when you return to the Publish Document window the error should be fixed and the correct name should appear under the Published Name field.

Hope that helps anyone who encounters this problem.

Yeah, i've had something similar to that since one person published an early version of my map and then i had the same map to publish but updated and I needed to change the name. If putting a 1 or a space after the name doesn't work at the publish screen try changing up map > map info too.

map -----> map info
.....name can not include StarCraft or Brood War (possible problem?)

map ----> map loading screen
....... inappropriate words maybe?

If either of these don't work, not sure what to do

apparently the editor doesn't realize that you changed the name of your map UNLESS you change it in the map info changing the name in the publish screen doesn't do anything, its the "just another starcraft II map" name that's getting you there

When you change name press Use for all locales.
