I'm Blizzard and I am a Business Administration and Accounting major looking to pursue a career in esports. Currently, I work as the server manager of Rise Trading, where I manage all day-to-day operations of the in-game CS:GO trading server, Discord, Twitter, and website. I also volunteer as an admin and report manager for DiscordRep, where I am responsible for resolving reports/appeals, responding to support emails, and training new staff. As of recently, I have joined the staff team of CSGORep where I will be focusing on handling all reports and banning scammers through the site. Regarding Discord bots, I volunteer as a support team member for the Ticket Tool Support server and as a helper for the ServerStats Support server, where I am tasked with answering bot related questions. I also help out as an admin in the $4ᴋ Collector Group & as moderator for the $2ᴋ, $3ᴋ, and $8ᴋ Collectors Groups where I approve/decline members requesting to join and prune scammers.

For over a year, I worked as staff for one of the biggest CS:GO trading Discords known as Trademart, assisting in moderating and processing scam reports. I also volunteered for several months as a support staff member and moderator for Droplet Development's Support server, where I was challenged to resolve Reaction Roles, bot-related issues and ensure that the rules were followed accordingly.

One of my biggest focuses has been maintaining a safe community free from scammers through close monitoring of potential scams and suspicious players. On the side, I spend most of my free-time trading and collecting the lowest float perfect sticker placement souvenirs and writing helpful Steam guides for the community.
