Like he could just be a mafia member, and then the NKs could end up as 3 or even less than 3 and there could be any number of reasons for that like: mafia stacked, mafia hit a vet, mafia hit med prot, mafia hit sk i dont really see how he can be confirmed unless all kills are successful and the NKs are indeed 4 and even if he does get confirmed what good is that? So he's confirmed what GOOD is a confirmed townie, sure you can trust his opinions but lets be honest that doesnt mean anything he says is going to be RIGHT and the person who claims vigi is probably going to otherwise be inactive and useless lol. So I suppose it could be better than nothing

Cannibalism is obviously a key component of this story. However, I wasn't aware of the backstory to this quote - pretty funny imo (from wiki):
