Q: Why didn't you go to sleep?
A: I tried but my room is too hot and I wasn't getting to sleep so I decided to check the thread again.

It is ~4 AM here now. I've given up on sleep. I'll take a nap during the day. Proleague finals is Friday night / saturday morning anyway so my sleep schedule was gonna be ruined regardless.

Journal Entry #1:

My name is Chezinu Isunizehc. I grew up in a colony called the Mighty Mites. The name was chosen because the mites where one of the few creatures that survived from Earth. My grandmother once told me that she once learned in school that many people claim in Pre-Autonanomatic Era that these creatures called cockroaches were going what they called “inherit” the Earth due to its resistance to radiation. She said that people in that time feared nuclear weapons and cancer. They didn’t know how little impact a nuclear weapon had on the environment compared to other disasters. It was all they feared in their simple world without thoughts of evasions of foreign extraterrestrial beings. They didn’t even meet the first two foreign contacts (the Protoss and Zerg) at that point in history. Little did they know that thousands of years later man would try to harness the power of unknown foreign extraterrestrial technologies by applying it to their own creations causing the monetary destruction of the origin planet Earth. One day, mankind will be able to return to Earth once the machines become depleted. But until the time comes, we must live far away as possible from the origin planet. My teacher said that any talk of the machines venturing from Earth and gaining resources to prevent depletion is another pointless fear that has stagnated humankind as shown throughout history. Any person who has such fears should be pruned from human society and if we hear anyone with such thoughts we should report them to our great leader Lace Caller. LC is a supreme model for human existence. He is never wrong. He is Mightiest of all the Mighty Mites!

The above was the first paper I wrote in my new history class after being transferred to Liquidia. Back then I knew little of the real world. I lived in a bubble fabricated to protect my mind from painful scars that few knew how to handle. However, the fabricated bubble did more harm than good for me. My grandmother always said this ancient saying that goes way back to Earth, “Don’t open the Butterfly’s cocoon.” I have no knowledge of what a butterfly or cocoon consist of but I was told by my grandmother that it is something that was given to us on Earth to teach us lessons about ourselves. I sometimes wonder if the machines converted those helpful hardware into reapers by now. Look at me, I’m getting sidetracked… Let me wield straight through the seal and carry on with my story. After being transferred to the school and becoming familiar with routines, I decided to look for a part time job so one day the Liquidian leader would look upon me with favor seeing that I had been a hard working disciple. So, I thought how I could aid this great society that our wonderful leader has provided us. Then, I had a fascinating idea! I was so enthusiastic and filled with a young ambitious heart. I told myself I will restore communication to mankind back to the days of Galaxilization. Of course, I knew it was a big goal and I had to start out small. I even knew Globalization was an enormous feat in human history. Nonetheless, I was determined. My first goal was to learn to write and communicate effectively. To obtain this goal, I turned to the news database and started reading current articles.
That was when I first heard of The Scribe. I would read his articles everyday and try to mimic his style. In retrospect, I can’t believe I did not connect the dots sooner. Everything I knew at that time was bliss, or so I was told. For it was far from true happiness. One article that I read change my path of life so dramatically and at the time I didn’t even realize the events that were going to take place subsequent to reading that article. But then again, it didn’t have to be that one article that would change my direction in life. It could have been anything for I was destined to escape the fabricated bubble from the start. It all began with my sincere ambitious heart that the ones in control of the society wanted to crush. I was under the radar and undetected by their surveillances because I was a reserved individual and didn’t often speak up in public. It is pretty ironic thinking about it. A reserved person wanting to be a writer… That’s like an extrovert wanting to work in solitude confinement. Paradoxes... Sometimes you just have to accept them… I have seen plenty of them in my life, I could write about that alone for a long time but as I said before I will try to wield straight through the seal. I’m notorious for my tangents. Ok, where was I. Ah, the bus article. Yes, yes... So I read this article of a bus accident written by The Scribe and was confused about his word choices. I was puzzled, but eventually gave up on trying to figure it out and moved on to other writings. What I didn’t know at the time was that The Scribe wrote hidden codes in his articles and often covered up problems in Liquidia. It was his job to keep all knowledge of the outside world away from our generation. It was the exact opposite of what my heart desired you see, so the events that unfolded thereafter was not a matter of if but when. My heart was not the only factor involved either. There were outside forces I had no knowledge of that would speed up the bubble bursting process along with doubtful and rebel members of society... Well, I wouldn’t call them doubtful and rebels – that is the propaganda that had been drilled in me speaking. Let us say they didn’t have a cloud over their eyes as most of us did. They saw the truth and knew the only way to fix it was to first attempt it and seek greater help. A direction our prideful leaders would have never dared to take a step in given the opport...
