In a game without clues the only thing we have to go on is peoples posts so it's important. As the first kill is a crapshoot mostly I'm currently going to be voting for Ace to be lynched, he annoyed the **** out of me last game. | ||

I think I am good at analysing peoples allignment from their posts, and is something that I've gotten better at the more games I've played. DT's being able to rolecheck elected also means that I could be trusted early on and co-ordinate with blues to get us a decisive win early on. Also i'd quite like to play an elected position simply because I have not had the chance before and it would make the game more exciting (for me). Elect XeliN ! | ||

Out of all the candidates so far, apart from me cos I already know I'm town, Incognito seems to be the strongest candidate. That said if BC//L are legitimately claiming blue roles and they do not get into office then they may end up being prime targets for the Mafia to hit so I would suggest medic protection on them might not be a bad thing until the DT's can verify, although I wouldn't put it past them to claim that just to try get into office whether town or mafia. | ||

Overall I would rather vote someone in the role who has never had it before simply because I think it sucks if the same veterans get the same elected roles game in game out, how is anyone meant to improve at the game then? but as thats not relevant this game I would rather have Incog in office. | ||

Is there any reason that the town officials have not roleclaimed at this point? This is when we need to establish the elected as being town and try to co-ordinate things through them, why have there been no roleclaims from the elected as well as stating that they have been checked (if they have, which I thought was a key part of the strategy this game, getting elected officials that can be 100//99% trusted)? | ||

Although your open statement that you are happy to be lynched if Bill flips green does at least make it plausible that you are trying to lynch him legitimately, i remember i said the same in my first game when I was almost certain dozko was mafia, but it currently seems to me you are trying to distract us from actually finding real mafia. Currently I'm going to be voting for you on the next day cycle, you seem to be acting in exactly the way I might expect mafia to. | ||

Random list of suspects These are people that currently seem fishy in some sense that make them stand out in my mind. I will attempt to do my best at giving a reason why. To start with Xelin + Show Spoiler + He has been “active” thus far. As in he ran in the election, although it went no where. A quite long delayed response, apologies have been pretty busy and only able to skim through the thread mostly. Firstly I wanted to lynch Abenson mostly because from the start I thought we should put a place a rule whereby inactives or people who are not contributing were immediately lynched, Abenson struck me as a person who had contributed very little in comparison to others. I agreed that some info shuld be publically posted mainly to try to verify you as a DT, it has been a long time since you roleclaimed and as of yet it seems quite plausible that you could have been lying all along about being DT, basically I didn't want people to get away with roleclaiming in order to get into office and then getting away with providing us no evidence that you are that role. And the archives is an annoying (but neccesary) chore, ill update it later on today | ||

Why have I been supporting Bill? Quite frankly he strikes me as someone who is town and I was getting irritated//suspicious of L's constant emphasis on lynching him, personally can't see how he is not the one being lynched at this point but I guess if I or more importantly Bill flip green then the town will consider the fact that he could be mafia D3 You brought up a point about being more worried about my self pledged confidence in ability to detect town//mafia this game. In my own opinion I have improved at this in general the more games I've played, not actually been great at catching mafia, quite the reverse, but have been good at identifying town just on the way they post. Incog you mentioned 1) I said i would not be able to be very active as I had a essay due on the 12th. 2) I then put myself forward for mayor as well as try to instigate a no inactivity rule 3) I ask you to publically give your reasons for voting Malongo Firstly I wanted to do the paper and get it out of the way without distractions so didn't plan on keeping up with the thread untill it was over//done, couldn't hack it ended up going over the thread as well as playing HoN//BW that night, unfortunately I find it hard to knuckle down and committ myself to study. Secondly, already stated why I ran for office, Think I have improved and it is something I've wanted to do since my very first game, also the inactivity rule I still think is a good idea and people just plain ignored it, tried to bring it up again at numerous points but no-one even responded as to their thoughts on it. If you thought it was a bad idea THEN SAY SO, don't bring it up at a late point in the game as a reason to lynch me. Thirdly, I don't even get how this makes me suspicious, asking you to publically state your reasons for voting Malongo? At the time he was someone I was considering as well but apart from his runnning for mayor and going inactive there was little else to suggest his being mafia so I wanted you to provide your reasons. If I was mafia you really think I would want to bring even more attention to someone trying to lynch a fellow mafia? bullshit. I'm plain town, i've rolecalled now and lynching me I guarantee would be a complete waste, when I flip green then lynch L, he has been acting scummy the entire game and getting away with it. | ||

The Mafia Family: D3_Cresentia, posts very little and most of it recently and is very non committal towards lynching me, suggests he thinks I am suspicious and could be mafia but doesn't dive into the pool, Mafia tell in my eyes to cover his tracks. 10f, Literally posts NOTHING of value and then suddenly jumps in to state he is going to be voting for me Versatile, this is more just on feel, some of his post have struck me as mafia-like. also posted semi jokingly that he wanted to find a way out of the game without getting mod banned perfect thing for mafia to "claim" to want to do even as a joke. Foolishness, he seems to have sprung out of the blue mostly to try and get me lynched it seems, hasn't provided much an an argument at all as to why other than "I think XeliN is red" Scummy as hell. I haven't even received as much as much as 1PM from him or even accusatory public post about why I am red he seems to just assume it must be true. Guess it looks like I'm going to be voting Bill, still not considering him as a viable Mafia candidate but the way he has tried to shift a bandwagon going onto me and the way he did it seems strange, also while i think hes green I know I am so it's not a hard choice. | ||

The comment that I was suprised at bill flipping green was a sarcastic one, not to be taken literally, to clarify incase there is anyone else here who is unable to understand what sarcasm means, I was not suprised he flipped green as I considered him green from an early stage and the way he acting subsequently didnt change that perception. | ||

It looks like our behind the scenes people are going to win this game for us anyway which is both good and bad, good because it sucks when the mafia wins but bad because it feels like I haven't been able to even be a part of this game. The elitism in mafia is kinda sickening, people like L being overly forceful of their opinions and BC//Incog and L as well just simply taking over things entirely. Obviously good strategy as from reading L's post seems an easy win is incoming, but as far as everyone acting together and enjoying the game//participating it sucks. In future I am never voting for a veteran to go into office, this game has taught me that much. | ||
