Del Potro serving. Unreturned serve. 15-0. Another unreturned serve. 30-0 Del Potro comes to the net after a short return of service from Federer. But Del Potro puts the ball out. 30-15. 2nd serve. Weak return from Federer gives Del potro total control of the point. It ends with Federer putting a glider of a ball long. 40-15 A good and long return from Federer puts him in charge. But it ends up with Federer putting an wasy ball into the net just a couple of strokes later. 11-10 Del Potro. | ||

Federer puts and easy forehand out. 30-0 A good rally ending with Federer putting the ball into the net. 40-0 Del Potro serves out wide. Federer gets the ball back, but is far out. Del Potro decides to do a drop shot, but puts the ball into the net. 15-40 Unreturned serve. 12-11 Del Potro. | ||
