to be honest, watching white decimate people is an interesting display of skill if you are into that kinda thing, personally I often enjoy that type of game to a close game where one of the teams could end but sucks too much to do so.

Not necessarily. Even if they offered salaries in the same ballpark as other teams, the Samsung players would still be more likely to sign with IG/LGD/EDG/WE for being organizations with more stable brand recognition.

We don't know that for sure. It's a different season and a different meta; there was no guarantee that White/Blue would succeed again in Korea.
Also remember they have Imp/Dade who are known to be... well, inconsistent.
