When they talked about the coaching issues of the team he mentioned that "Chinese players don't seem to know much about playing as a team" and he looked kind of annoyed as he was saying that. I feel like some Korean players are getting really tired by the exodus and if their contracts allow it we might see some of them coming back to Korea after worlds. Of course that can depend a lot on the final result too ; EDG not winning worlds would certainly break the Korean players' faith in a possible Chinese-Korean cooperation whereas if EDG does end up winning they might just stay in China in the hope that the Chinese teammates they get next year are less heavy. I know Acorn's play looked questionable too but he wasn't talking about the team's play at this particular tournament, it was a very broad statement. In general, I wouldn't be surprised if a good number of Koreans were legitimately upset at the teammates they are getting. ??? It wasn't like Acorn/Imp played out of their minds exactly against KT. The team definitely seemed to have some shotcalling issues though cause Acorn would randomly tp in at the worst times.

Yellow didn't play much better, and Reignover had a good early game, but he got dragged in by Huni and did some dumb stuff too. Rekkles Febi did their best to carry, but even with perfect play it was an uphill fight. Fnatic had a lot of chances to win, but they played so very messy, kind of sad. I'm hoping they recover before C9, or the game might be a letdown.

I think the magic number was 5: The number of fights that huni used apprehend on a melee range Gnar and only a melee range gnar... Who still had hop up. Edit: he missed at least three kills with at least two of them that would have lead to an ace and an objective off the back of it because of these misplays

BUT he could have tped on the raptors ward and perhaps clean up, but no he tped so far away.

TBQ has never been good outside of his Lee Sin. His team has always carried him. TSM's problem is almost certainly mindset. When even their star player is looking slightly worse in-game (to say nothing of Lustboy completely throwing in the towel), you know things are fucked.

Therefore they tried to make top snowball and almost did it but Huni botched it up a bit yeah (Darius seems so meh by the way). After that they still managed to get a decent lead but the clock was ticking, they would not be able to win lategame, so Yellow had to make some agressive and dangerous shotcalling, which didn't work out because AHQ played it well and their comp made it hard for fnatic to fully win a teamfight. It was a bit sad to watch, these Worlds the picks and bans seem really hard, I thought fnatic would still win at p&b but vs a team such as AHQ if your comp isn't the most well suited, you can't get away with Huni tilting like vs LCS EU teams :/. Hopefully they focus enough on tomorrow to win, it will be an interesting match :D. This day matches were very good, SKT look damn solid, chinese teams look like they have "good hands, bad team head" (EDG's teamfight looked very very sharp for a team 12k golds behind, they looked a lot better losing than LGD or iG), the coach fiasco/drama I read up on reddit about LGD coach seem to have affected them negatively, the tiredness as well. TSM as expected from their videos are fucked up, the team atmosphere won't allow shit... Origen have a shot against KT but it will probably be hard. I didn't get to watch yesterday matches, as expected KOO lost haha, I knew they were bad, didn't ask for that much as them losing vs FW :D. CLG looked shaky but I trust Yellow if he says they eventually did well in scrims. Even though they lost I still see fnatic coming out first of their group. I hope chinese teams get their shit together, it's almost sad to watch them lose again and again after getting so much praise.

TSM vs LGD TSM seems completely clueless and slumping LGD is still full of skilled Asians KT vs OG Koreans should win unless they underestimate OG and they have no reason to do that IG vs AHQ Taiwanese look better but I can't believe IG is THAT bad C9 vs Fnatic Huni might be on tilt but Balls shouldn't be enough to punish him early so Fnatic should be fine KOO vs CLG I have faith now paiN vs FW obvious

Febiven played really well. Yellowstar decent (1-2 instances of suboptimal shotcalling though) and Reginover did his job too. But some of Huni's decisions were just ridiclous. For instance after he got ganked by overcommiting and died, he responded by TP'ing aggressively into enemy jungle. Then he flashed over a wall to go into a 1v2 (vs Elise and Gnar) in order to kill an Elise that was at 20% HP. At best he would trade 1v1 there. Since Gnar would be able to catch up to him if he tried to escape. However, unfortunately for him he didn't even kill Elise. But even despite those mistakes, Fnatic was outplaying AHQ in the early and midgame and was looking to solify their lead by kiling an inhib. But rather than finishing the 50% inhib down Huni mysteirously wanted to engage in a fight by flashing forward. Rekkles then popped his Sivir Ult but Huni's flash didn't do anything and they had to retreat afterrwards. Unfortunately they got caught while retreating and got aced. That started the AHQ comeback. In the last fight, Huni had TP and Fnatic thought 4v5 for like 30 seconds. Huni for unknown reasons didn't use it. Instead he attempted to walk from botlane to the area of mid-baron fight where the fight was taking place. After walking for 15 seconds and realizing he couldn't make it in time, he attempted to TP but barely even tp'ed forwards and came to the battle after it was lost. I really have no idea what went on for Huni. Just megatilt. Luckily though I thought FNC was a much better team. Part of the issue in the later game for Fnatic was also that AHQ just had a much better teamcomp. Jinx couldn't really be killed due to being protected well by Tahm Kench and Gnar was doing very well in the front line and obviously it's difficult to kill a Fizz in the midlane as well. Going forward though I do expect Fnatic - with an untilted Huni - to be the best team in the group though. Despite the "draftloss" they would most likely had won in the later stages of the midgame had Huni just been satisfying by killing the inhib.

KOO vs CLG can be a toss-up, and depending on if we get GodV or GoldV, even TSM might be able to win. Despite the initial pessimistic look of the western teams by various pundits, I think LCS teams are actually performing really well. Then there is Fnatic... I think Fnatic got exposed massively yesterday. During the Summer split Huni was largely left untouched due to their 18-0 run. But the final vs Origen we saw a lot of weaknesses with Huni. This time the flaw is becoming even more obvious. Can C9 win vs Fnatic? Maybe. How are C9's chances? Very low.

This time the flaw is becoming even more obvious. Your just making shit up here. Huni didn't get "exposed". His TP useage has always been consistently good throughout both spring and summersplit. This was just a level of megatilt and overaggresiveness that he doesn't do normally. In the circumstances where you can clearly identify where a player performs at his absolute E game, I wouldn't worry so much going forward. Being exposed implies that they were playing their normal game and getting outplayed, which definitely wasn't the case here (especially because Huni doesn't play a champion like Darius normally). Fnatic was outplaying AHQ. This was just Huni's loss.

Toughing it out in China for another season might be worth it if you value the money or think that you still have some chance in China+money
