The pbe gives tons of free stuff yet regular servers are still populated

Keep the rage to a minimum. This includes wait times between games, music, and balance. Fair warning to all.

I think it's pretty easy. Just make a "mini-server" that can handle like 1-2 simultaneous games, carry it to the actual game, connect, boom.

I didn't think so because the actual streaming platforms went down lol,but these games crash at oddly suspicious times I don't think it's that. It IS possible (technically you can try to DDoS just about anything), but it strikes me as unlikely given the other information we've heard about this.

This is such a shame and embarassment for everyone involved. They can't delay the matches, because it's an international final event, players, managers got ticket planes they can't change. They probably need to leave the venue at some point in the next few days and lots of money is on the line. They lost a TON of viewers especially from europe. Such a failure weeks after the Dota2 TI2 going without issue is just sad. Thank god atleast the FR stream plays some of the best jap ad I have ever seen : http://www.twitch.tv/ogamingtv

They're relaying the stream through the venue, so if venue has no Internet neither does Kimchi. I don't think they'd try to satellite it in to the motherland then stream it back out. Just makes more sense to stream it out from where you are.

Seriously, if anyone is regretting no LAN feature or no save feature, it's Riot.
