you will rarely see a pro player miss any creeps in the laning phase if the lane isn't super agressive. so yes, they are really good at last hitting and the support doesn't take any last hits. the support gets gold per 5s items instead.

Sona pinks dragon and has to burn Ult as Vayne+Soraka come to intercept. Lee Sin gets caught at the river and dies quickly. GP is also cleaned up and Crs forced to back off. SK takes Dragon uncontested with 2 free kills as well.
