4091,666667 for gunblade + active 4727,848485 for tf (ur spreadsheet doesnt include movement speed value) + sheen and slow, meaning tf still has better value if you assume equal value for the addons. the point is u can get ur sustain from double dorans and with tf you are overall a much meaner killing machine than with gunblade and u can build the metagolem off of it which scales incredibly well to late game... or get BT which is worth 4500 gold lol | ||

wingsofdeath is playing Jax right now with gunblade into trinity as well. The Jax build that has stabilized now with the latest Jax changes is pretty similar to the old pre-remake Jax in how hybrid offensive items are the core. Except now it isn't gunblade -> rageblade but gunblade -> trinity. | ||

But most of the NA players that I've seen playing Jax lately like wingsofdeath, voyboy, and dyrus have gone gunblade first when I saw them play Jax. I'm not even going to go on how fucking stupid the word "hipster" is when people use it, but regardless, going gunblade first on Jax really isn't strange at all as he is one of the very few champions that make full use of it. | ||

 Also, I don't like my lack of cc when I have to use E to approach an ad carry or compliment an engage, and Q to get to somebody (and generally I have to, as they won't let you stroll casually within striking distance). Caitlyn for exemple, with her huge range can just put a trap under herself, and use her net to get away when you jump her (even with your stun). Until Q is back you basically have nothing to reach her. Same thing in lane against opponents like GP, Riven, etc. the slow on gunblade allows you to catch up/get more hits in, which beats one sheen proc per trade everyday in my book. Then again I'm a sucker for the "build resists and sustain to d- life" style, so I even build FH on him when I need armor. I don't like rageblade because of its ramp-up time. I want to be effective from the get-go, not go into the "I destroy you... if you let me stick to you". | ||
