Vlad is also super weak in competitive for, well, the same reason but manifested differently. Also lane swaps.

Started not liking them about the time when they picked Loco up.

That's why he's more annoying top, buncha champs won't take ignite vs him (and the ones who do, if they don't murder him so they can dive him and kill him over and over afterwards will get beaten by the TP plays), and he can just splitpush all day, especially if he's ahead, he'll 1v2 or 1v3 easily especially with the tank junglers.

Cant figure out what his supposed to be, jungler, mid or top? I tried him on the PBE. I'm... just not sure what to think of him. His ult is very weird, I have trouble thinking of ways to use both the offensive and the defensive portion of it except when people decide to sit on my face for 4 seconds so my shadow can catch up and I have zhonyas so I don't die while I wait. At the same time it's pretty funny when people chase you and you kill them by pressing R, that thing scales a crapton with AP. In general his skills are pretty flashy and crowded so I had trouble seeing what was going on, why people were dying, and which of my skills/abilities were killing them. I mean, I read the descriptions, but it takes some getting used to. Jungling could be decent if you can flank from behind so that you can easily trigger W in their retreat path. I feel like it's the least likely option though since, well, it *does* have a 3 second set-up, which is a bajillion years in LoL time. I'm pretty sure Riot intends him to be more on the tons of damage and flashy burst play side of things, so I would stick him mid. That never stopped other APs from going top, though. It's hard to say.

It's hard to say. He has a few common uses: 1. You sit on someone for 4s, or they sit on you. Actually acts like darius ult for this. 2. Someone is chasing you, if they don't have vision of you they can't see your shadow, you can surprise gib them. As an addendum to this, if someone is chasing a teammate you can walk along with your teammate (or ahead of them, as long as you are out of enemy vision), then ult onto the chaser with no warning. The main one is his lategame teamfight combo: E into middle of fight: Q and auto until focused Drop W ontop of yourself in middle of fight, zhonyas If anyone sticks around to kill you they get 2.25s stun, you get 700hp sheild, rewind a bunch of damage, and they all get exploded by your ult.
