Applies spell effects as an area of effect ability. Hextech Revolver item.png Spell vamp is reduced to one-third effectiveness. Rylai's Crystal Scepter item.png Rylai's Crystal Scepter will apply a 15% slow. | ||

Also, I have to see how it works out, but if you're able to bodyblock volley her mid game aoe slow utility will also be decreased. Sure, she gets a free permaslow on her autos which is good. I never had an issue using Q on her and are we going to see a 35% slow by level 13? | ||
