Low ratios, high base damage. Spammy as hell poke, but doesn't need much mana regen. not great waveclear especially early immobile, so MS is more valuable | ||

By the time you can buy a Ludens his wave clear would already be fine with just a Morello, which has a much cleaner buildpath -- you still need the bit of mana regen and CDR is really really good on him. As a second item Guise to abuse his strong base damage (and eventual Liandries vs the Cinderhulk meta) seems like a much faster timing and as a third item Deathcap or Voidstaff would probably both be a significantly higher damage boost. It is pretty cool his QWEWR rotation right away give another proc tho. | ||

For damage dealers damage enhancers are better. For supports utility is better. Movespeed is a luxury stat, that's conviently tied to some of the stronger items like PD/Shiv, Triforce and Lichbane. Yes some champions can really abuse movespeed early, like TP/Ignite Hecarim bullying melee champions the fuck out of his lane, but as the game progress everyone value their primary stats far far far higher than movespeed. For a good reason we dont see a lot of Swifties being bought, the other stats are simply just better. | ||

Who would win the fight, the guy with boots against the guy with actual combat stats? Would you rather have T2 boots and a longsword or a BF on first back? Talisman before Sightstone? Swifties over Mercs/Tabis on your tank? Aether Wisp instead of Codex or Blasting Wand? There's a reason movespeed quints aren't mandatory. | ||

If what you're saying were true nobody would buy boots ever, because you're better off getting combat stats. Why then do people always get boots before or around their first item timings if movement speed is so "luxury stat tied to some of the stronger items"? | ||

And yet everybody still spends an entire itemslot on boots, primarily for the movement speed. If movement speed wasn't one of the better stats in the game, nobody would bother. | ||

Tears is good on kog, but I tried skipping it and it worked out fine. Roa+morello while being diligent and not stacking mana costs on his ult until teamfights is good enough imo. Should be able to clear with 1 E and 2 R's | ||
