Boots of mobility are good for junglers and are great for ones that have mobility as a skill stat like hec. you need to sell them before the teamfight stage and get defence boots but before that they're the best thing money can buy for you. boots of swiftness can be the difference in lane between winning and loseing if you arn't in a ranged vs ranged or melle vs melle lane when that space of 50 between you getting your harass off and them not getting theres off is what you die for. everyone should have a pocket panth mid with swifties build. Its what I always use to fuck over my fiends that I find out play lol.
I'm so unreasonably happy with the viktor remake.

So is it possible that Toyz (the pro) plays on NA? Cause I just played vs. one named literally "Toyz" in a normal game just now.

It doesn't matter. Riot has made it clear they dont accept it, the report is perfectly fine. Hell, I report it too regardless if it's someone from my team or not. It's just too low to step on someone who has just lost a game.

There was a bug earlier in the season that dropped lp rates very hard for some people but dunno if it is back.

And yet everybody still spends an entire itemslot on boots, primarily for the movement speed. If movement speed wasn't one of the better stats in the game, nobody would bother. Yet nobody go for Swifties or rush tier 2 boots (or Alacrity for that matter), outside of fringe cases where's it's the secondary effect of a tier 2 you want. Yes movespeed is good. But one of the better stats? No. Three words. Boots of Mobility You mean the boots pretty much only support buys? Two words. Swifties suck. swifties are great if you have another source of tenacity and are playing against teams with lots of kite. i'd say that they are amazing on udyr. mobis are pretty amazing on most mid laners atm
i almost exclusively buy swifties(alacrity) on Darius.

Not in diamond personally, but all my irl buddies are, and they get 15LP, and lose 25~ One even made it to D4, and is still getting LP that low.

i ddint have orianna so i picked soraka and we told them it was orianna (we were last pick) and then quit he game restarted
and they went straight to check the rules LOL
we're like the cs go admin didnt disqualify us all for playing a casual game

heh, my irl buddy having somewhat similar issues, except the second he steps into d4 he gets slammed back into d5. I think the past 4 weeks, he's done his promos like 5 times? lost promos twice, succeeded 3rd time, then got rekt in d4, slammed him back into d5, then failed his promos twice more. He's still struggling hard. (oddly enough, he was low d1, high d2 for a while last season). his daily text message of his ranked struggles is too funny, only complained once about how he dropped 25 lp in a game tho. So not exactly the same struggle.
