If you QSS Malz's or WW's ult, they're still in their animation, and you actually still receive damage if you don't move. You have to stop being in front of WW, or walk out of Malz's ult range (I think cast range? Actual range is probably theorically infinite, since you can Flash and still get ulted at 1k+ range).
So he's probably still in the animation.

Tried Nautilus. New item still takes around 2k gold to complete (adding potions and stuff) on top of upgraded machete, so your first ~3-4 clears, basically, unless you get kills from ganks (Naut can't gank before 4 or he can't clear at all).
The nerfs make his first clear even slower (a few seconds more on blue, I had time to cast W twice and almost thrice, so ~25s), E still has very little impact, and he still gets oom really, really fast.
Just due to how slower his first clears are and stuff, I don't see that patch as a buff to Nautilus. He's still way too weak until he gets Cinderhulk + a major HP item.

If you cast it at the exact same time malz drops his pool, in which case, malz just doesnt ult. if you cast it as a reaction to malz ulting, by the time it goes off, his target is dead.


Bard ult has a rather long cast animation and windup before it actually takes effect.

I played one game of him, he seemed fine to me early, but I got an excellent leash. I also grabbed an early assist after the enemy Rek'Sai got too greedy. I will need to play him more.

His late game in theory is beastly now though. I didn't get to it in that game (25/0 Kat fixed that for us), but it's fairly tantalising.

did you max E? I would max e now and save smite for gromp whenever it is up. Seems like he is faster post level 3 than before, but I haven't been timing it or anything. Remember they didn't touch the base damage on e even with that massive cd buff. His mid game is also stronger with the righteous glory buff.

I'm actually thinking he might be a pretty good top laner now. that e buff may make him pretty strong in certain matchups. I haven't tried it yet, so it is just a thought. Anyone try it?

I think in our modern age technology has evolved to become more addictive. The things that don't give us pleasure aren't used as much. Work was never meant to be fun, but doing it makes us happier in the long run.

Got bard, played a co-op game to mess around with mechanics. Damage was pretty underwhelming, and shackleshot seemed almost too easy to hit, very forgiving in terms of usage. Tunnel seemed a bit clunky and unintuitive to use initially. Passive was fun, gives too much mana though imo, especially considering he doesn't have any major spell spam usage that would warrant such free mana from passive.

You're right I misread Sej's W.

12% of their max hp on hit
+ 160 + 12% of your max hp over 4 seconds.

So for a 2000k hp target, you'd deal 12% of (4.5k + 2k) + 160 or 940 damage.


It's a 7 second cooldown but with the CDR I guess it'll go down to 4.2 seconds.

idk if that makes it any easier though. I'd rather click 30x vs. scroll 30x in a lot of cases. Small potatoes compared to instabuying stuff.

On another note, more testing may be needed, but luden's echo anivia could be pretty good. Q gives two stacks, R gives 2 stacks, and you can very easily tag somebody with ult just to unleash the stacks.

the only thing it gives anivia, that she doesn't already have is some mobility. I don't think that really change her strength that much.

she still bursts like retarded damage regarless, she waveclear forever as well. I'm not sure if 7% ms is enough to makeup for what other items give her in their 2ndary strengths.

It is also the case that Anivia pretty much has to build seraphs/RoA which severely limits your slots. Boots/cap/void are 100% mandatory and hourglass has way better utility for anivia late game.

i don't agree with this.
cap/void/zhonyas are total flex items. anivia can build just about anything after mana item + boots and still do her job well.
